Glad that you are taking a little break - enjoy! I think that we are still going to try and take our Spring Break in June, so I am trying to hold out until then.

Good morning JB and Menuer's,

Looks like it is a busy Thursday already but wanted to be accountable and see how everyone was doing today. Sorry to hear your in a slump JB. Hope it passes soon. Thoughts and prayers going out to you.

QOTD: OMG My Family made Liver and onions and it smelled amazing. They would dredge it in flour and fry it in butter then caramelize the onions. Oh My it smelled fantastic. Then you bit into it. Yuck. I could eat the gravy mashed potatoes and onions but never got a hankering to the liver itself.

Accountability: I did well yesterday. My treat consisted of shaved coconut, carrots and one handful of peanuts. Also it was nice enough to get a run in last evening.

TSS: 2 years 4 Month 26 days 134.8 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Crustless quiche Lorraine mini muffins berries, Chocolate hummus.

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: RGF Stuffed chicken breast

D: Bacon wrapped hotdog stuffed with cheese and Wendy's chili if they have any.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 mile Neighborhood run

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Good morning JB and Menu folks. I have found I have had to do a lot of cheer leading with my Purchasing team, trying to keep my employees motivated and happy, the uncertainty comes and goes, we are a small company, have not produced Fragrances in 7 weeks and while we continue to ship orders to WM and Amazon, our numbers are way down. We will not recover until there is some sort of normalcy, shopping for non essentials is not a priority at this time and understandably so.

Accountability - I was good again. 15 miles on the Bike and then walked it off on the Treadmill. I decided to start season 3 of Ozark ( I had been saving it for a rainy day) and before I knew it 15 miles in the books. I wish I had more opportunity for work out options as this pandemic has me rethinking my previous routine of going to the gym. My old routine was a 40 mile round trip 4-6 times per week, time, mileage , and I always ended ny day by going to Lowes or WM and buying!!!.... LOL

QOTD - I think Bakers Chocolate is a great one and I have to use it....my sniffer is horrible, though they tell me I have a great nose for fragrance evaluation, and I just do not get that....LOL

B - Berries and Light and fit greek yogurt

L - Turkey Sandwich with velveeta slice and 23 veggie straws

AS - Built bar - 3 ww points ( Blue) - Low cal - 15 gm protein, great flavor -https://builtbar.com/?gclsrc=aw.ds&gclid=CjwKCAjw4871BRAjEiw AbxXi2-ar8Mc6YlIaZDY6qYHvJsN7j0RoXp-sz4ZVK0aRBlk7Q1Swpo7WCxo CTqEQAvD_BwE&cjevent=1b557bb7906411ea800000b70a240610

D - Left overs - Made a WW Friendly Boneless Chicken recipe last night, dredge thin sliced chicken in egg wash top with 2 tbsp of Frenchs fried onions and Bake for 30 min. Was as good a recipe as I have ever had! and 2 ww points.

E - Bike and treadmil

Mike - I also formulate and sell fragrances and scented products for a living. Orders are almost flatlined as people conserve for necessities. While I may believe that perfume is a necessity, it is all too clear that not everyone agrees! Wishing you all the best.

Good morning, everybody!

All of this rain really has our yard looking green and lu****hink that we are mowing the lawn about every five days. it's still cold, but at least everything looks like spring.

I had a meeting for my non-profit this morning. It's going to be very difficult to fundraise in this environment. We have a golf tournament that is scheduled for July 27th and we are trying to figure out what to do. It appears that Illinois will not allow gatherings of over 50 people until their is a vaccine, so we are trying to think of alternatives.

QOTD: I can't really think of a smell thing, but one place that has never lived up to the marketing hype for me is Buffalo Wild Wings. I watch the commercials and think it looks good and fun but the food has always been meh for me.

Breakfast: Protein bar

Lunch: Hello Fresh

Snack: nuts

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!
