Good morning, everybody!

It's another gorgeous spring day here. I looked out the window this morning, and all of a sudden, our trees are covered in leaves. I do think think its supposed to be rainy and cooler this week but not cold.

Yesterday was supposed to be Derby Day. So hard to believe that a year ago we were at Churchill Downs all dressed up and now we are sheltering in place.

Today's agenda is mostly lift, clean out the garage a little and just enjoy the weather.

QOTD: We have been trying Hello Fresh. I feel better about the calories since learning that we are splitting 2 servings between 3 people.

Breakfast: peanut butter toast

Snack: protein bar

Lunch: lamb

snack: nuts

dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Happy Sunday all! I'll go ahead and get my accountability out of the way first for yesterday....it was pure and utter crap! I think I was just so down from my weight being all over the place despite my weighing/measuring, being very careful with sticking to plan and reaching my fluid intake goals that I finally just said screw it! So I pretty much ate my emotions yesterday not caring about calories and carbs and sugars etc. Ate whatever and how ever much I wanted and boy did I pay for it. Was up sick most of the night and still don't feel 100 percent today. Ugh! Lesson learned though and today it's time to pull up my big girl panties and get back on track!

QOTD: the last thing was learning Spanish with that language app, but I haven't done any lessons for a couple weeks now. I need to pick it back up. It would actually be very useful with my job since I sometimes have to speak with Spanish speaking patients and it can be a pain having to get an interpreter on the line.

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda X 2

L: either another premier or low sodium turkey breast and a cheese stick

D: 4oz baked chicken breast and broccoli

S: L&F yogurt and a banana

Good early Sunday afternoon.

I?m sort of punchy today. Sometimes the Tylenol 4?s make me loopy and this morning it is doing just that.

starting tomorrow(and loosely today) I?m going back to basics. Measure, measure & MEASURE! I?ve become so un obedient that I have lost a grip of it. I?m going to go hopefully tomorrow to get a supply of cheap measuring cups. That way I won?t have to wash them over and over. I?ve already dug out my scale and found the battery I bought for it over a month ago. No excuses to come up with now. I think this will help...sheez I know it will. Being overweight all my adult life, and most of my childhood, I overestimate...ALWAYS. Time to buckle up and get on with what I know I need to do.

anyway...I?m in tons of pain atm so I may go ahead and take a small rest. I doubt I?ll sleep but I?ll at least get some rest.

qotd:I ordered a kit for a chainmaille butterfly. Yes I know I?ve done chainmaille but the kit is sooo neat and I?m super excited to wear one. It makes 2 butterflies and I?m just jazzed I could afford it when it came out. Yay!

b:1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 1 tbs ff half & half and 1 slice 2% American cheese

s:PP shake and 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries

l:3.8 oz cod & roasted broccoli with onions

s:l&f yogurt w/2 tbs bran buds

d:not sure on protein but more broccoli

good afternoon, all!

boy am I feeling like a slacker today. Although I did work on my friend's "new" laptop for quite awhile. Her niece got a new one, so Joy got the old one...and she didn't know how to set it up to her liking. I still wasn't quite finished with it but she wanted it back this afternoon because she wanted to take a zoom yoga class using it, so that's that, I guess...at least I got most of what she wanted done.

other than that, I've done nothing. Except eat. I'm mad at myself - not only for eating, but for wasting this perfectly beautiful day. I should have been outside all day!

I'm about to go downstairs and eat a big bowl of bran to stop this eating machine behavior. I've not gone over my calorie limit for the day yet, but I feel it coming on. Eating something like bran will USUALLY stop it.

QOTD: I've been experimenting with making yogurt pies, and also playing online Mah Jongg (as you all know...). I play it almost every day now.

TSS: 4 years 11 months today!

B: piece of yogurt pie (cheesecake flavored) with homemade strawberry compote, coffee with half & half

S1: Fit Frappe

L: another piece of yogurt pie, a thing of L&F creme brulee yogurt

S2: air-popped popcorn (no oil or butter) using 1/2 C kernels (so ...260 kcal)

S3: 3 small (c. 1/3 C each) "popsicles" made from SF protein pudding

OK - that is what I've had so far - which is guess isn't as horrible as I was thinking now that I look at it - BUT....it's only 5:30 pm. The planned dinner was a chipotle chicken taco with salad (with light dressing), so as long as I stick to just that for the rest of the night, I'm good....

family video chat in a half hour. I'm really not crazy about these things, but evidently they're important to some of the others...

have a great evening!
