Morning all! How was your Saturday? I had a decent day. Crafting, exercise, tv, lots of phone calls... Nothing exciting. but the day didn't feel like it was dragging either. The weather was gorgeous and it will be again, today! Yay! It actually looks like the majority of the week will be nice. I am grateful for the opportunity to go outside but unfortunately the state had a really hard time keeping people safe yesterday because state parks were incredibly crowded.

Accountability: Great with exercise, but let's not discuss the amount of cookies that made it into my mouth last night. I am going to try two of the recipes on the OH main page today--pizza eggs for breakfast and jalapeño chicken casserole for dinner. Hoping that switching it up and getting some new ideas will help me feel more satisfied.

QOTD: What was the last new thing you tried (doing/eating/etc.)? I have been using my Cricut Explore Air cutting machine and in the last week I have made faux leather earrings, iron on designs, vinyl cuts, and a few other new things. It's fun--I am glad I have this outlet. You also know I am learning Spanish. I am on my 43rd straight day and I am feeling more confident :)

I need to look up these pizza eggs!

The weather continues to be perfect here: Warm, sunny and low humidity during the day and cool at night. It is going to be difficult to go back to Massachusetts to be more locked down and potentially not great weather.

Today we are having a distanced driveway get together with old friends (meaning long-term AND old) and take-out food. Our substitute for meeting at a restaurant.

QOTD: The most new thing is mentally coming to terms with being a widow though that may take a long time (it has been 4 months now). Also, learning to drive and care for a golf cart.

TSS: 4 years, 1 month

B: Coffee! WW zero point pancake

L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken and laughing cow cheese

D: Chicken Parmesan and probably wine

S: blueberry lemon pie and/or yogurt with strawberry compote and/or WW one point blueberry muffin

The Pizza Eggs get an A in my book. I didn't cook them following the directions, I just whipped up the eggs, cheese wedge, tomato sauce and chopped pepperoni in a bowl. I cooked up some onions and green peppers in a frying pan first, then added the mixture for a minute. It was more like an omelette. Very easy and tasty.

Hey I usually don't post on weekends but I'm up and it's too early ;( yesterday was good we have been selling things not important to us for some extra cash and that has been working. Yesterday I got an iced coffee and a hot decaf from Panera bread. Then an a few errands. I came home and made teriyaki chicken with broccoli and fried rice for dh. It ended up a tad salty so I will add more rice for part 2 for him which will be spam fried rice. Sound bad but it's yummy. I had leftover sauce so I made up this cauliflower mushroom and Cauli tofu mash and added the leftover chicken. So 4 meals of that plus the last of the regular are in fridge.

than I made a carrot cake bread for dh and added extra eggs and protein powder. I did have a taste last night and it is goooood. Also made me a yogurt pie.

qotd; still trying to perfect a biscuit recipe. I've tried 3 times in this quarantine but they aren't rising like they should. Also I don't have buttermilk or any regular milk so that is probably the issue. I've also sold a ton of clothes jewelry and stuff the last 3 weeks and I'm back at taking yoga classes which had helped me a bunch.
food plan:

b: yogurt pie?

s/l: veggies tofu chicken

s;?

d: I took out a roast

s: unsure maybe a shake?

Overcast day here in Hot Springs but no actual rain predicted. Temps a bit cooler today than yesterday. Yesterday afternoon got downright hot and humid. Miss Lily and I, however did get all our steps in. Hubby spent the afternoon repacking all the tools in the back of the truck and I gathered them up and brought them out to him. We're planning on heading home Wednesday morning. Got the camper dusted and cleaned yesterday but will vacuum today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 120.2 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz burger with cheese and no bun. I hit my fluid goal yesterday and will focus on that today too. QOTD the new diet dr pepper and cream soda. I love it! Have a great day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone!

With all the changes happening for all it is nice to peek in here and see how everyone is doing. Miss you ALL and I will try to be more active and accountable. I have not been anywhere close to on plan due to anxiety, depression and just some type of denial about everything, I guess. I think I will get some hard boiled eggs going and focus on baby stepping the habits back on track with fluids and protein. I haven't tried anything new but we did adopt a puggle pup so maybe I will join one of my kids on her walks, (if they let me lol).

Glad to see your post! Definitely go on walks with the kids--both the 2 legged and the 4 legged ones. Miss Lily and I love our daily walks!

Morning everyone! We did get rain (and a bit of hail) yesterday. I am lucky to have a deep covered deck so I sat outside during the storm for a bit which was nice!

QOTD - I bought a switch lite and am learning Animal Crossing. I'm not sure they counts as learning but it is new, lol.

I'm going to make a roast in the Instantpot for dinner and leftovers; I'll have a bit of breakfast sausage and some cottage cheese and/nuts for breakfast/lunch before that though.

my Sunday plans are Peaky Blinders and laundry so pretty low key.

have a great Sunday everyone!
