Good Friday morning menu crew.
I'm so freaking tired I can't even express it enough. I can't believe it's May. After the thousand day month of April. I'm hoping this month doesn't drag like the last one.

Mornin' All!
it's another beautiful, sunny day here and will be all weekend - temps in the high 60s/low 70s - perfect walking weather. I think i'll head over to the arboretum up the street later on this afternoon. A lot of the trees are in bloom, so it should be beautiful!
accountability was good yesterday and my weight is down a pound this morning - all this water weight is heading out. YAY! Should be back to normal by tomorrow as long as I don't have too much sodium today (or too much food!)
QOTD: I was glad Teenie said four, because that was my response, too -I didn't want to be the lone ranger!
TSS: 4y10m
B: yogurt pie (the cherry cheesecake one), coffee with half & half
S1: protein shake
L: yogurt and a light English muffin with light whipped cream cheese - or else 2 Costco chicken skewers with some kind of dip
S2: I have lots of yogurt, cottage cheese, and raw veggies here, so something like that
D: two chicken chipotle tacos (with those small corn tortillas)
ex: walking for sure. Maybe weights, too.
this is my typical morning. After waking up, I go out to the kitchen to get a Bai water and a big mug of coffee - then I prop myself up in bed to check email, Facebook, the news, and OH. And this guy settles in for a nap on top of my legs.

QOTD- 2
Ok it's Friday and my email still works. The employees were migrated to new email addresses, but the contractors are still on the old email. So when I send out a group email it only goes to the contractors. The same with Teams the only ones we can send to are other contractors. It's just going to be confusing for awhile.
So yesterday I had to deliver some fiber cable to a developer. The supply guy at our yard helped me load it, 18 boxes with 1500' per box. So I drive it to the developer and it's this huge job site with tons of people and the guy tells me to unload in front of one of the containers. I was thinking I might get a little help but no I ended up having to do it all myself. I'm an engineer not a delivery person and I was actually a little ticked off that they didn't at least offer to help me. It was fine, I ended up taking my truck a Ford F150 because I knew there was no way if would fit in my Prius. It was a little over 50 miles round trip so that took up 2 1/2 hours of my day. But I have better things to be doing.
It's that weird time of year when you need the heat in the morning but by the afternoon you need the air conditioning. I was going to spray my weeds yesterday but then it started raining. I need 4 hours with no rain, so I'll try this afternoon. It looks like rain all weekend, so it has to be today.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, and Happy Friday!

Breakfast - none, fasting, so hot coffee, tea, and topo chico
Lunch - salad, vegan Chao cheese, crackers with chia jelly
Dinner - up in the air, but thinking leftover beyond burger, pasta of some sort, and a veggie.
I am including a picture of my sago palm because I love it, and it's growing so much!
In other news, I hit 139lbs. I haven't seen this in years. I. Was. Floored.
