Wow until you posted that pic I hadn't realized that I can't even imagine wanting to be in a restaurant ever again... I mean, I miss it, but I think my worry overtakes my longing to go back right now.

Maybe the difference here in nervousness around restaurants is that the infection rate per 100,000 (so far) is 1.6 in our Florida county (Charlotte) vs. 16 in Suffolk County Massachusetts (10 times our county)?

Probably. It's hard to imagine ever feeling safe anywhere again. The numbers here are so staggering here.

Definitely scary. If my kids weren't in Massachusetts and I didn't have hurricane fear I might have stayed here longer. But then I worry that it is opening up too fast here...

Happy Friday everyone! Not headed home.yet as we found a leaking roof yesterday. Also have a bit more to load out of the storage room and a final sweep of the floors. Picking up and repacking the tools in the truck will probably take at least half a day too. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.4 today. QOTD 2. Miss Lily and I will get in 2 good walks today. We'd best enjoy the gorgeous location these last few days! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz crustless chicken pot pie. Need to do better on fluids as I didn't hit my goal yesterday. Pictures are from walks this week. Also a before and after on the pool tiles. Amazing what a little elbow grease can do! Stay safe and make smart choices everyone!

Can I say I hate OH sometimes. I had just finished my post about to add my photos and the page randomly reloaded and ate everything

QOTD: Team Chugga Chugga

Had to reign in the quarantine and chill this week because while I ride out the fluctuations of the scale pretty well- when it is hanging at a too high number for too many days- panic.

  • protein got chocolate, eggs
  • turkey/ham on Dave killer thin sliced bread, veg
  • chicken salad on salad
  • veggie lasagna
  • S: protein, Greek yogurt

Ex: Active recovery day- so stretch routine and one mile run/walk.
