What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Australia has always been one of my dream destinations. I wanted to work there at one time, but the company required us to stay six months and it would not have worked out well with my husband. Someday when the world is safe again, I will get there.
One of my bosses took the six month assignment. It was summer in Australia and winter back in Dallas where his wife was staying on a small farm outside the city. There were horses and cows to take care of, as well as their four young sons.
John was calling his wife telling her about beach parties and she was telling him about going out in the icy cold mud to tend the animals. One day he told me that he felt like not calling her anymore because all she did was complain.
I told him maybe he should think about going back home early, while he still had a home to go to.

It's a lovely country, I was there for 3 weeks and only saw a portion of it. I had a week in Sydney and around there, visiting and exploring with my cousins, and then 10 days driving around Tasmania on my own and wrapped up with Melbourne and day trips from there. I can't wait to go back and explore more!

Good morning all and happy Friday! We made it through yet another week. Love the birthday hat! Super cute!
Accountability was decent again yesterday. Wasn't perfect as I snacked on a few mixed nuts that wasn't on plan. Fluid intake was pretty good again though. Got my 100 ounces in. My weight was the same this morning....no loss, but thankfully no gain either. Still have those 2 ounces to lose to be back on track at where I was.
QOTD: I have no clue....I'm so bad at these things, but when I say it in my head it sounds right with at least 8-10. I could be totally off though.

Yes for 8+ chuggas!
FYI, you inspired me to pay more attention to hydration. I am no where near 100oz yet but I am getting more in that I was and actually got a decent night's sleep because I was actually hydrated and not waking up to drink. Hmm. This might solve a lot of my life problems!

Yay that is awesome! Glad you are sleeping better! The only issue I have now is waking up during the night to go to the bathroom. I need to start getting all of my fluids in well before bedtime to avoid that in the future.

Good morning! Same old day today more or less though we might go to the beach (yeah!). I don't want to go on weekends, but when we went Wednesday it was easy to stay far apart.
This is a picture (from outside) of our favorite new restaurant this year. It didn't open until late February but we went 3 times before everything closed on March 20. This part of Florida is opening restaurants at 25% capacity, 6 feet apart, small groups only on Monday.
QOTD: I have no idea and sorry but I don't really care - I haven't really noticed any discussion about it.
