Weigh****chers - Thursday

Today is my weigh in day and I am up by one pound. I know it is water retention, because my Garmin smart scales shows me that. I have been watching it and know I need to drink more water.

I have been using less points as my food awareness is kicking back in and I am making better choices. But still eating things that I would never have touched on my previous plans.

I am still having things like breads, potatoes, corn, peas, rice, candy, cookies at times but have no cravings or no guilt about it.

For me Weigh****chers has removed the emotion from food. I am not excited about it and I am not guilty about it. It is just something I plan for and part of my routine.

WW helps me in the same way. I know I have a better relationship with food when I follow it.

I am holding steady at 8 pounds down and 22 to go. Yesterday I had 23 points and walked 14,000 steps (only 18 activity points- my intensity was probably lower than normal). I only got 6 hours 9 minutes of sleep. I feel better when I get closer to 7 hours. I think my mind was racing last night.

I plan to have a good day today!

When the weight comes off, it will probably be in a nice big chunk. I know I need to add more water and more exercise. I am looking forward to seeing my scale drop lower soon.

I was finally able to be stronger than the pb cookies! No cookies for me yesterday. It's my kryptonite. No matter what plan or diet I'm on, if I open the door to cookies I'm doomed.

Here's my yesterday. I also earned 20 activity pts. 10 for 16,000 steps and 10 for my weight training.

Congratulations on winning the cookie battle. I would have to have given them away. My kryptonite is chocolate chip cookies. The only ones I have in the house are Fiber One and they are not good enough to want to go back for more. In fact a box of them can last here for months and I think there are six or eight in the box.

The whole reason behind the baking of PB cookies was I can't stand pb so I'll be safe. But nope, if it's a cookie I'll eat it.
