Nice!! Now you can mix up the elliptical and the treadmill but still explore all the exotic places!! Mine today was a 7 resistance, variable incline through this rock pile in the Bolivian salt flats. Sometimes I just have the control and the video run but turn off the sound of the trainer. Just depends on the rah-rah than I need. They usually do a challenge a month, this month they selected 24 or 27 global workouts and if you did 7, they send you a magnet. They haven't announced the May challenge yet.
qotd - my perfect first "normal" day - Inwould just meet my friends somewhere and do anything, after I spent the first two hours hugging everyone. After that, I'd get a massage!
its only Wednesday but this week has been long with some challenges and my boss has now assigned me Victor Frankel's Man's Search For Meaning to help me realize what I can control and what I can't, so now I'm waiting for the library to let me download it.
My first call was at 500 so I've been working since 430 and have already had tons of water, tea and coffee, plus breakfast and lunch.
coffee with half and half
5.8 oz ever roast chicken
2.8 oz hard salami sticks
i think for dinner I will have an apple with PB or maybe an egg with shredded cheese
light and fit greek
Have a great day all! Hope your cold is short lived JB. I was thinking that we're all going to get colds once we go back to being out and about. It will be like the start of the school year x 10!

QOTD: To be honest, I would want to go to a friend's house. We, as a group of about 45-50 friends, always congregated for birthdays, special events etc at one friends house. I can't wait to do that...
Breakfast: Turkey Jerky (it was a lazy morning)
Snack: ham and cheese roll-ups... 2 slices of Kirkland ham and one slice of Tillamook cheddar cheese, divided.
Lunch: Mini Pizza on a Broccoli Crust from Kbosh... 1,2 cup of shredded cheese from Kirkland, 5 slices of pepperoni and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce... and various spices for flavor
Snack: Lookin at making protein pudding... instant pudding with some protein powder added.
Dinner: Sloppy Joes (in a bowl), Asparagus and a few bites of Roasted Chicken Rice...
I don't have any accountability for exercise. Running after my kiddos to make sure they don't kill themselves and keeping the house cleaned are my goals right now
