Whoo hoo!! Congratulations on the award and the recognition from your peer! Isn't it funny how that can mean so much?! Quarantine will be over eventually - maybe a spa day in your future? (Although I always put any $ awards I get on our recognition tool right into my amazon account too, lol).

Nice job! I am in agreement with others that there needs to be a good way to pamper yourself with the winnings! Get everything you need for an epic at home spa or amazing romantic backyard picnic! I just got my mom a towering basket of Spanish Tapas for Mother's Day so that she can have a virtual date with her friends that she would normally go out with and have Tapas at home. Do something special like that!

Mornin' All!
come to think of it, I had to check a couple of stores the other day for raw chicken as well. I was looking for thighs since I was using them for chipotle chicken tacos (and the filling is cooked in the IP). Costco didn't have any - in fact, I don't think they had any raw chicken at all, now that I think of it. And Aldi's just had the kind with the bones in it. Luckily, I finally found some at store #3...
it's raining here today, too, so no walks. I have to take one of the cats to the vet at 1:00 for an ultrasound. The vet is pretty sure he just has pancreatitis, based on his labs (and he's pretty much over this - it lasted just a few days, but she did say it can come & go...), but given his age (15 years old), she wants to make sure we're not dealing with other things, too. Hopefully that's all that's going on with him.
Nothing else on the agenda for today, but I think I'll force myself to finally start organizing my dad's family history boxes. Everything is just thrown in there (although maybe his wife did that - not sure). At minimum, I'd like to separate it into what side of the family each of these items is from. I can do more detailed organizing later. I really should do something like a clean a room, but I'm so unmotivated to do anything like that.
QOTD: probably the gym (I can't believe I'm hearing myself say this...). I have to have a variety of exercise options, or I get bored pretty quickly. For the last several weeks, it's been hand weights and walking. I want to go to the pool and to Zumba classes, too. And maybe switch up hand weights with the machines and/or TRX. I also want to be able to be able to go to the grocery store again without fearing for my life!
accountability has been good the last couple of days, but I've gained 2 lbs in that time. Of course, it's water - but it still gets to me on an emotional level. All that work and my damn weight goes UP!
