It rained all night here last night with thunder so Lily is exhausted today from poor sleep. Hopefully if she naps while I work this am she'll be ready for a walk at lunch! Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and we got 2 long walks in before the rain started. Weight today is 120.6.Yesterday I finished cleaning the tiles on the pool, scraped all the leaves out of the bottom so hubby can clean the bottom, finished painting the door which looks wonderful and started moving furniture into the cabin. Today I'll finish the cabin and start moving items from the storage room to the office to set up for a yard sale. Staff decided there is no reason to keep things they don't use plus they are hoping to get people out here to show them the camp. They are hoping to expand.the.use to birthday parties, reunions and other family and community events and not just church groups. It's a beautiful place and more people need to enjoy it!We're happy to be able to help and love to stay busy. QOTD Target and thrift stores. Miss them both! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. I did have a snack of 100 calories at bedtime last night because my stomach was upset at supper and I wasn't able to eat my measured amount,so I was hungry at bedtime. Have a great day and stay safe and healthy!

You should check to see if you need to have the machine to purchase the monthly subscription to the iFit app. I am sure they would happily take your money, haha...
It wouldn't control the machine for you--you'd have to set the speed and incline manually, but it's always displayed and easy to follow along with what they are doing. It's making indoor running about a billion times more enjoyable for me right now!

Oh give it a try for sure! You can always turn down the sound of the trainer and just look at the screen.
