Yeah my ability to eyeball sucks, too! And it is scary how quickly calories will add up when you get it wrong.
Grim always used to talk about how while you are prepping dinner you might just eat one extra slice of cheese, which feels like nothing and won't fill you up, but it is 200 calories. Especially when your daily total goal is 700, 200 is a big percentage...

I don't know if there is one near you but I highly recommend Soma for a bra fitting. They were very helpful in both the sizing and finding the shape/style that worked for me.

I'm sorry you are under the weather. I hope you feel better soon.
We drove by the open beaches yesterday and everyone was very spread out with no large groups. That's probably why there hasn't been much in the local news about it. Other surrounding counties are opening beaches under similar rules today.
QOTD: I would definitely pick my favorite outdoor restaurant to go to if here in Florida or my favorite restaurant with a view if back on Cape Cod. Other than that, I would be at my favorite beaches (including Aruba, where I am scheduled to go in June but I am pretty sure I won't be this year).

Grim was teling me about an interesting interview he saw this morning about FL--apparently (through cell phone tracking) they can see that the elderly population is really staying put and not venturing out at all. Its the younger population, who aren't as adversely affected health-wise, who are going out and socializing on beaches, etc.
And since in FL, these two communities do not have much occasion to mix, they are doing okay and not seeing a lot of death. But they said, as soon as the young population meets the older population things will deteriorate quickly. So hopefully the older population stays in their communities and don't start venturing out to where younger asymptomatic carriers are lurking.
I am considered elderly though I don't feel that way and many of the people in our county are. That is probably why the beach is not overwhelmed. For the most part the people I know either stay in completely or follow all the rules completely.

I told my older son that our Dead and Company concerts were cancelled this summer and he said "they are quite old and do need to self-isolate"
