What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning JB and menu folks. Great Treadmill JB and the Ifit program sounds very cool and perfect timing! Speaking of timing. We would have been flying home this morning from Florida if not for the Coronavirus. If my Ho****er tank would have let go when we were out of town it would have been a disaster! I was pretty happy that we were able to get the Ho****er tank covered under warranty, even though we could not produce the receipt, it really does pay to buy local! I was able to replace it myself, bought shark bite flexible hoses to connect to the copper/tank and I did not have to do any soldering!
Accountability was spot on!
QOTD - I am feeling D - I love music and the Sun and Cactus remind me of warmer weather, that is where my head is this morning!
B - 2 hard boiled eggs
MS - Light and fit greek yogurt and berries
L - Light Bread, Turkey, slice of ultra thin provolone and tsp of light mayo
AS - Pure protein Bar
D - Left Overs
E - Need to get the old Water Tank out of the basement and then will use the treadmill and bike and do some HIIT training.

Good Morning! Love the new treadmill, and I agree putting them together is no joke. JB- congrats on getting back to your pre-q weight, after my pitty party snacking over the weekend I'm up a bit which is worse since I can't run.... thankful I'm allowed to walk and use the elliptical right now though.
Accountability: Not bad, I did have some PB crackers but way better than over the weekend.

Love the treadmill! I so wish I had a spot for one! Supper jelly!
I crashed and Burned last night. I let the pain get to me and I ate my feelings. Ugh! Today is a new day and I WILL do better. I just can't resist in my mind certain foods(I'm looking at you peanut & almond butter). When I get in the all or nothing crud of a mood it's a train wreck. I've been so good with that...it's time to hammer down and get back to that.
my blood pressure has been pretty low the past week. Been dizzy a lot from that.
there has been a spike in covid-19 cases here. One count north of us is a meat packing plant that a lot of them are attached to. So unnerving.

QOTD- Probably A1 I've been reading and watching Netflix a lot.
OK as I hit my head repeatedly against the nearest wall I finally figured out why I've felt so awful. I quit taking my anti-depressant cold turkey. It's the lowest dose and I'd only been taking it for a little over a month so I figured I would be OK. NO! So now I know, and I have a huge note to self don't ever take any more anti-depressants! I didn't feel like it was working or that it was helping is why I quit. This is the 9th day since I stopped so I should be through the worst of it, and now that I know it's not this damn virus I mentally feel so much better. You know how it is you think maybe it was the coffee, or something you ate.
Today we have a conference call at 9:30 to check in with the group and hopefully find out if we will be getting new email addresses etc....and how this transition will work. At least it is human contact only if it's over the phone.
I'll try to get back on track with a walk.
JB I use a stall mat from the feed store underneath my treadmill. They are 4'x8' and about 3/4" thick, they are very heavy but it works great and is pretty cheap.
Have a great day everyone!

Glad you figured it out!
I can't seem to get anyone on the phone about the mat, so I assume they will send it to me eventually. But I am NOT asking Grim to pick it up to get a mat under it, so I guess I will sell it on craigslist when it finally comes.

My HRM came in the box, but the mat--the FOUNDATION for the 4000 pound machine, comes weeks later? Hrumph.
