So sorry to hear about your brothers loss(and the whole family's loss). I'll say this...cancer sucks.
Mel
So sorry for the loss. It's so sad these days that people are suffering alone.

Love the new treadmill, JB! I have a basic Walmart one at home that I use begrudgingly when we get multiple days of bad weather but it is much more fun to hook Miss Lily up and take off. Accountability was spot on yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.6. I didn't get my 100 ounces of fluids so that's the goal for today. QOTD I'm a D1. Yesterday I helped fill 4 truckloads of old firewood to go to the burn pile, got a first coat of paint on the door and trim and scrubbed mildew off 3/4 of the top edge of the swimming pool. Today I'll finish the pool,do a second coat of paint and start moving beds and furniture back into the cabin we painted. I may need to mop part of the floor again as the maintenance guy went in there with muddy boots. And I'll get in 2 short walks and a long walk with the wonderful Miss Lily. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz baked fish D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. Hope you all have a safe and healthy day today!
And Miss Lily is wonderful! They do give us so much enjoyment don't they?
