What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Well damn, that's impressive. I have no water routine whatsoever. Hydration is the one post op thing I never really nailed...
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
I do this when I get up in the morning - but I should schedule it throughout the day as you do. I made a rule a couple of years ago that I had to drink at least 16 oz of fluid (plain water, Crystal Light, Bai water, or whatever - no caffeine) before I had anything else in the morning, even coffee. That really helped increase my daily intake.
Wow that's awesome! I need to start doing that! First thing I usually have in the morning is my coffee or protein shake. I need to make it a point to get some water in first thing and schedule my water breaks throughout the day. It would be so much easier to meet my goal that way.
Thanks!

hi all
I'm on coffee 2 so waking up now. I got up and walked dogs- there was a deer in the side yard that Bell had to say hi to incessantly for a few min. at least it sounded like a deer not a bear running away. I'm getting good at tellin the two apart ---
food was as I thought but a surprise trip to taco bell after work where I ate the inside of a taco and burrito. I was proud to stop after that cause I could have easily eaten more. my pouch really can hold a lot... had an almond milk coffee after and went to the closeout store which is open. did some retail arbitration (for ebay sales). gotta hustle and make $$ where we can thes days.
food plan for today;
B: yogurt pie- I'm not looking for this batch to be good. for the life of me the darn thing would not solidify last night. Added more egg whites to the mix midway then cooked more. it might be hard a as a rock, we will see...
S/f: more cabbage egg drop soup. I'm liking this pretty well
d: chicken napa cabbage salad. because- I need to eat this darn $6 napa cabbage...
QOTD: I was a 1 last night- I did have popcorn
Today I'm an A/D as long as that is whipped cream, and coffee in D.

I made IP yogurt twice. Once was good and once was the biggest mess I have ever made in the kitchen. I decided it was worth the money to buy it :)

it usually does turn out. I've ended up with messes before, but probably around five times in my 2+ years of making yogurt. I just use the disaster batches for things like protein shakes - or I'll add it to protein pancake batter. Or use it instead of milk or buttermilk when i'm baking something for DH. Sorry you had a bad experience right out of the gate - they really don't happen very often!!
Good morning. Nice treadmill! I ran on one during the winter and bad weather days for years, but I have to admit that I had a tough time doing it as I always preferred to be outside. Now that I winter in Florida I can walk outside pretty much year round thank goodness. Congratulations on the weight loss!
My brothers long term girlfriend (essentially his wife) died of breast cancer yesterday. They live in California so I can't go to be with my brother for a while. She went quickly following her terminal diagnosis so this is quite a shock.
QOTD: A4 these days, though in the past I would probably be an A3
TSS: 4 years, 1 month
B: Coffee! Eggs, black beans, cheese and salsa
L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken and laughing cow cheese
D: Chicken piccata and hearts of palm pasta (Palmini - I am trying it out)
S: bean salad, blueberry lemon pie and/or yogurt with strawberry compote and/or WW one point blueberry muffin
