What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday!
My treadmill came yesterday, and the Amazing Grim brought the whole thing in the house and built it in under 2 hours! He didn't need to use it to get a work out--that thing was damn heavy and I was no help to him at all. And they didn't deliver (or apparently even send) the expensive mat that it is supposed to sit on, so it lives on 2 tiny welcome mats, now, haha. But look how awesome it is!
The iFit stuff is cool--the first thing I did was was a guided walk/run with a PhD through Easter Island where I learned about the flora and fauna and got feel like I was outside. Glorious! I am excited to keep exploring the many options in the library. It is a gift to feel like I am traveling and outdoors, right now. This morning's plan is a run through the Iberian Peninsula :)
Check out the 40 degree incline!
Accountability: This morning I have officially taken off all of my stay at home weight and I am exactly what I weighed when we went into quarantine, 5 weeks ago, today! Whooo. Yesterday I had a handful of granola that was not on my menu, but otherwise stayed on plan. I also worked hard on knocking out the acid reflux, and stuck to only one cup of coffee (!) and cut out all carbonation (I'd been drinking those sugar free Ice drinks, a lot). I feel better this morning.
QOTD: Check out this pic and tell me your vibe:
I believe I am an A1!
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
Morning! Ugh, we have a smoke alarm chirping and we don't know why. It's been going on very intermittently for about 2 1/2 weeks and is only doing it during the night/early morning. I had set my alarm to get up at 5:30 instead of 5:00 since I was finding that getting up at 5:00 just meant drinking more coffee before work. But, the chirping woke me at 4:30am, so that was a bust. Our smoke alarms are hard wired and have battery back up. When one battery is low they are all supposed to chirp, so this one isn't behaving as expected. We have a warranty with our builder, but of course don't really want anyone in our house right now. We haven't yet changed the back up battery since the chirping has always stopped by the time we're up for the day. But, it happening today (hopefully we have a battery to put in it!).
QOTD: I'm going to go with 3, mostly because I've been to McDonald's for a Diet Coke several times since this quarantine started.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- Egg, Bacon, Broccoli, Cheese
- Turkey, Pickles, Cheese
- Chicken and Veggies - Jon is making dinner tonight so I'm not sure how he's going to prepare it.

Batteries tend to have less power when cold so mine often chirp first at night when the temperature goes down (if I haven't been diligent about replacing the batteries regularly).

I think that even the hard wired ones need to be replaced after about 10 years and will start to chirp. We just did one a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe the batteries were "stale" when they put them in? That timing does seem odd though.

Good morning everyone! My accountability was pretty good yesterday. Stuck to plan except I traded out my egg on an English muffin for dinner with some low sodium turkey breast. So I'll have the egg and muffin for breakfast this morning. Also had an apple for snack yesterday which wasn't on plan which shouldn't have put me too much over my calorie limit. Thankfully I'm down a bit this morning when I weighed. I am now just 7 ounces over what I was instead of 2.2 pounds. I'm trying to do better on my fluid intake as well. For the past two weeks I've been making sure I at least get my 64 ounces in or more. Yesterday I got up to about 85 ounces....maybe today I can make it to 100. My batteries are supposed to arrive for my food scale tomorrow so hopefully I'll be back on track very soon!
QOTD: it's a tie between A1 and A4 for me.
B: coffee W/Splenda X 2
B2: egg on English muffin
L: low sodium turkey breast and a cheese stick or hard boiled egg.

I schedule water and not let myself have food or coffee until I fini****ake my vitamin then I drink 20 oz. of water. When I get to work I have a coffee and 1/2 our later I have breakfast. I wait and hour and drink 25oz more and usually another coffee. Then I wait a half hour and have lunch. I then wait and hour and have 25 oz. of water. I'm now at 65. I fill my water bottle for the ride home and finish 25 more before I get there. There I'm at 90. Then I work out withou****er and have dinner as soon as I am finished. If I'm up for It I'll do more water before bed and I take a 24oz yeti to drink throughout the night. Plan prepare succeed! If you build it in it will become routine. Good luck getting it all in.
