I love those flowers and the sign! So cute!

good Monday morning everyone.

my day yesterday was a very tepid ok. Could be better...could be worse. I?ll take the lessons and move on. They are now saying we?ll have a high of 98 Friday. Eww. I?m exhausted but hope to get my bedding washed today along with the bathroom towels. As of this moment I have no motivation to do more than sit or lay down.

qotd: no one believes me when I tell them I was a bad kid. I had really bad anger issues. I once broke a patio window with my fist and amazingly didn't get cut. My brother and cousins made fun of me a lot growing up. I just didn?t know how to deal with it well.

Accountability was bad yesterday. Ugh.

b:steel cut oats 1 tbs half and half

s:PP shake

l:burrito with 1/2 oz hamburger meat, lettuce, sour cream and maybe a drizzle of salsa

s:100 calorie bag of popcorn, French onion soup

d:Pp shake with wild blueberries

off plan so far is tortilla chips and a skinny cow mini cone :(

Good Morning! Happy new treadmill day! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the flowers and coffee sign!! Our weekend was pretty boring and I felt depressed with my inability to get much exercise and totally had pitty parties where snacks were involved. All protein bar/chips/nuts and stuff but way too many. We did star****ching Defending Jacob which is pretty good (I didn't know it was based off a book). We had plenty of heat and I think close to 90 yesterday so we actually had to turn on the AC for a little last night to bring it down in the house a bit before bed.

Accountability: See above

QOTD: I did a horrible thing in first grade! My best friend and I held the stall door closed in the bathroom when one of the younger preschool girls was in there. I had to take a note home and was in BIG trouble.

D: Shirataki noodles topped with chicken breast/Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, toasted low carb lavash, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and cup fiber cereal

E: A blend of elliptical and walking (slowly) on the treadmill totaling about 1 1/2 hours or so

V/W: On track

Oh I did something really similar to your bad behavior! When I was in first grade, I was in an after school program at this woman's house and my BFF and I wanted to play alone in the basement. When another kid came down, we were mean and she went and told on us. The after school provider was so mad at us that she locked us in the basement alone for the rest of the day until our parents picked us up. OMG, can you imagine how much trouble she would be in, these days, for looking us in a room to teach us a lesson? My parents were only mad at me, of course, even though I spent a lot of time trying to reiterate that she locked me in a room for 3 hours. Parenting has changed a lot.

OMG I am glad it is a new day - which just happens to be Monday. I also did not sleep well for some reason Saturday night- was awake every 2 hours, then rain yesterday contributed to a less than stellar day. I cooked on and off all day- and while yes they were the healthy versions - Still. I now have ALL the quarantine snacks staring me down.

QOTD: Do not know if this is earliest- I have a lot of memories starting around 5-ish. Considering we are on OH this is a good one. Come from family of 5 children. I was the youngest. My oldest brother decided to save his Chocolate Easter bunny on the top shelf of fridge. Somebody ate it. He ruthlessly accused all his siblings except me because I was little. I was always tall for my age and had never reached the top shelf before- but what is more enticing to make that happen than chocolate? I did fess up... haha.

  • Protein hot chocolate, steak
  • turkey, 1 slice thin Dave's killer bread
  • post workout: protein, Oatmeal
  • stuffed peppers
  • taco salad
  • S: protein, Greek yogurt

Ex: stretching and full workout planned

Good Morning, my friends! Hope you all survived another boring weekend. I was in a rough place yesterday. I woke up at 3am and by 9am I had accomplished everything that I could think of! I cooked, crafted, paid bills, and sent emails... The rest of the day was interspersed with tv and internet and sitting, sitting, sitting. Because surprise... it was pouring and cold. BOO. I tried napping, but have you ever felt too tired to sleep? Anyway, I was glad to get a good night sleep last night and put that boring, awful day to bed (literally). And today is new treadmill day! I am so excited to start moving again--I think it will really help my mood.

On a more positive note, I have done a few craft projects that make me happy. I have learned to make paper flowers, which I hope to perfect, so that I can start making paper flower wreaths! I was also inspired by Kelly to make a cute sign for my coffee bar :)

Accountability: On top of everything else that was annoying me yesterday, I also had the worst acid reflux I've had post-op, so I had a gnawing, growling stomach to contend with, too. I stuck to my menu, though, except for some cookies in the evening. I used 3 of my rollover points.

QOTD: What is your earliest memory of misbehaving? I have a really incredible memory of my childhood--I have a lot of very clear memories of things that happened when I was 2 years old! Anyway, this is so stupid, but I totally remember my mom yelling at me for going through the garbage and touching things when I was a toddler, but I kept doing it anyway, because I thought the colors were pretty and I wanted to touch whatever was in there.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

Sorry you had a bad Sunday. It was rainy here all day yesterday too. I kept looking out the window hoping for a break to get a run in but it never happened.

I find myself cooking a lot. Friday day I put boneless skinless chicken breast in the crock pot with sesame ginger sauce and I served it over a coleslaw mix and topped it with chopped peanuts and some green onions. Wow it was lovely. I also made a keto pull apart bread. I find these "bread" recipes end up way to heavy and calorie ridden but they look so good on Pinterest. I end up sticking them in the waffle iron to squeeze out all the grease and re heat them. Way better left over than the original recipe. I have Slow cooker Spaghetti Squash with turkey meat sauce on for today. I'll be able to use the keto pull apart bread to soak up the sauce. Even though its calorie laden at least it is low carb.

QOTD: I remember getting in trouble from the neighbors mom . She had twin daughters I hung out with and we were trying to catch a bird with Honey comb cereal. We were about 4. But we were following the bird and we ended up out of ear range up in the wooded area behind our houses. I guess we were gone for awhile because when we made it back to the house we all got beatings. The 60's !! When they were aloud to beat us. ( I personally believe we should still beat our children) . Hence another reason I ain't got any.

Accountability: Mrs. Snacky Snackerton. Last night I plowed into jerky, low carb cookies, nuts and finished off my 2nd container of RGF Ice-cream. I did great with exersize. I ran 3 miles Saturday morning with plans to do 3 more but the local winery is selling wine slushes curb side(friends own the winery) So I had to go support. I took one for the team. And Sunday I did 4 miles on the ******g trad mill. Sorry for the language but I hate that thing.

Everybody have a Great week.

Good morning, everybody!

We had a beautiful day yesterday, but my plans to power wash the house were derailed. I just couldn't get the machine to start. I think that we spent two solid hours trying to get it to work. By the end of that I was physically exhausted from whaling at that cord for two hours and totally frustrated. Today, I think that we are going to take it to the small appliance repair shop to get it fixed.

Other than that, it's back to work for the week. This week may be the end of the terrible project. Hopefully, it is and I will be feeling more of myself next week. My tooth area is starting to slowly heal. Its still al little sore when I wear my guard at night and I can feel the stitches hanging down, but all in all much better.

QOTD: I went to the hospital 4 times a a child for various horseplay related injuries (mostly stitches). That usually was accompanied by a yelling about being more careful.

Breakfast: turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: protein bar

Lunch: steak

Snack: nuts

Dinner:TBD

Have a great day, all!

Now you have to workout the other arm yo match the one that pulled the cord for 2 hours. :)

I was waiting for you to come on because you would understand this -
My workout is a chipper today
Ha. Considering I have felt like a slug - I am actually looking forward to it.

Leaving the age old question of whether it is a chipper because you chip away at it or because you feel like you have been through a wood chipper when you are done.

I was able to put together a squat rack out of Home Depot paint buckets, 2x4's and concrete, so I did Zembiec yesterday.
