Depending how low carb you were before adding carbs restores the glycogen in your muscle- which is in a sense 'water weight' .. do not fat.

Those flowers are lovely! They will make a pretty wreath!
i can relate to your yesterday, I woke up at 1 and finally gave up and got out of bed at 2....and the day was just so freaking long. I was not productive at all because by the time it was daylight I was ready for a nap (but could not nap).
its supposed to be close to 80 here today so I see some deck time this afternoon in my future, I did my elliptical already so I can not feel guilty about it.
qotd - I am not sure if it's misbehaving but I used to sleep walk and then go to sleep in random rooms. One time I did that and fell and landed on a glass that was on our floor...I remember the drive to the hospital, sitting on my moms pregnant belly, for the stitches and I remember biting and licking and screaming at my doctor when he had to look at the stitches/take them out. My sister was born right before I turned 3 so I would have been 2.5 or so. Still have the scar, but oddly, the only people that notice it are little kids! (Also further proof that I've never not had disordered sleep, lol)
menu today is
daves killer bread English muffin with 1 tbs PB
4 oz ever roast deli chicken (not shaved) and 1 slice cheddar (the poor deli kid was working so hard filling the pick up crates, I didn't have the heart to make him do it over when it wasn't shaved like I asked)
bratwurst
light and fit greek
i am on my last cup of coffee with half and half for the day and then tea and water for the rest of it. We might get up to the high 80s at end of week so I might need to make up some ice tea!
i was thinking about au contraire (Cara) last evening and hoping everything went well and we'll hear that she's home soon.
have a great week everyone!

Whoa that's a crazy sleepwalking story! Have you ever hear Mike Bribiglia's story about sleepwalking? It's one of the funniest things!

I was a sleep walker. I guess I'd have to go to the bathroom so I would go looking for it in my sleep. They'd find me with my pants down once I pulled down the oven door and sat on the door. They found me on my moms wig box but they were too late. Poor wig. LOL
