What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

I'm just here for the cheese QOTD -- my number 1, all time favorite is a smoked cheese we had in Krakow...Oscypek.....I will go back to Poland one day and bring an extra suitcase just for the cheese. Outside of that I love a Sage Cheddar from Grafton that I find in the fall; roaring 40's blue cheese; our local Colorado haystack mountain goat cheese (the peppered one is my fav but I'll take any of them). I love TJs unexpected cheddar and a gouda-cheddar-parmesan-y one called Prima Donna. Anything that sharps and a bit salty I love. Oh...and feta, halloumi...a good briny cheese...and Beechers cheddar with black pepper......Really, it's a shorter list of cheeses that aren't my favorite.

I seemed to awaken some passionate cheese people today! Hello!
It's late, so I won't post up my menu. However, I'll answer QOTD. I'm such a cheese guy. I love specialty cheeses. When DW and I go up to Door County I pick up some great artisan cheeses (from a few local shops out that way). I particularly like getting a 13 year Sharp Cheddar. What I do love is that Woodman's has a great Super Super Sharp Cheddar that I use for daily stuff. Pheasant Ridge Reserve cheese is one of my other favorites. BellaVitano by Sartori with cracked pepper topping is fantastic. Oh, so good. I only have a little in the house right now, as I haven't gone out for Cheese in a long time. This reminds me I need to get over to Whole Foods, who carries most of my favorites.
Still trending down. I was 185.5 today. My goal is to get to 185 by Thursday morning.
