Yes, once I entered my weight this morning , my daily points dropped by a point. I was only down 3/10 of a pound this morning and

A point is about 50 calories. When I was on the 17 point plan, I really hated when it went from 17 to 16. I like having more points, so changed plans.

Hello my WW brethren!
Mary - the meme is really funny!
I'm still in the carb-fear phase. Last night I had chips (counted 12) and the whole time I was thinking this is not good, not good, not good. It made me use all my daily pts but still I didn't go off! Why are my pts so low? Liz is like 120 lbs a she has 21-23 pts, while I have only 16! Not whining, just wondering.
This was my yesterday.

It depends on what "Color Plan Option" you are following

Green has 30 Points, with approx 100 zero foods

Blue has 23 Points, with 200 zero foods

Purple has 16 Points, with 300 zero foods

I do Green, as I usually don't have very many fruits or starchy, and like to track...Zero stuff has always made my brain...and mouth run amuck

You would think by now I must have read everything on WW, but that specific info escaped me. I swear I read!

Hi Gina,

I am Blue , started at 30 points and now at 29 points. I am anxious to see what my points will be as I lose more......I am going to stay with Blue for now, But like your description of Green. I wonder if it is easy to change settings...

It is very easy to change plans, but they do recommend that you give a plan two weeks before switching.

Right-what White Dove said...and you still have your Weekly Points, to play with, if you want it...I try to keep my food plans fairly simple, with my eating, etc as I do "in real life"...If I get too OCD, over a point or 2 (or 50..lol), I may run amuck...

Hard to break that DIET brain, isn't???? That's why I do better when I repeat lots of menu, track well, etc...Yea, I'm pretty old school...

Enjoy the chips. You did the right thing and counted. That becomes a new habit. Having no forbidden foods or forbidden food groups is very liberating. It will take a while to get adjusted to that.

Just knowing I CAN have the "whatever", 9 out of 10, I will forget of whatever I thought I HAD to have..
