With Weigh****chers my meal planning feels "normal". I still watch portion size, but prepare many of the meals that I gave up for many years. Today I am making a caprese salad for lunch with fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced onion, and a basalmic vinegar dressing. For dinner I am having ham and cabbage with one boiled potato.

Tonight I am watching the second episode of Anne with an E. I make popcorn with oil in a Whirly Pop and slice some cheddar cheese to eat with it. Other than planning my portion sizes, I do not feel at all like I am dieting.

after I entered my weight this morning I noticed my daily points allowance had dropped by 1 point, dropped from 30 to 29. I am pleased with this program so far and think it is very realistic for me. I have not found the light English Muffins yet, and also looking for a low point bread?

I am going to trust the program! Thanks for your tips/input

I hadn't had bread in years, but on WW I started adding it in in a few ways:

Daves Killer Seeded Bread (thin slice) is 2 points/slice. I stopped buying it, though, because I just can't eat even close to a loaf before it goes bad and I don't like so much waste if I can help it. I've had better luck with Mission Carb Balance Soft Flour Tortilla Wraps, which are also 2 points each. Tasty, easy, and they don't go bad as quickly, so I am more likely to get through a package without showing them away.

I will have to check out the wraps. Thank you

Does the bread do alright in the Freezer? I don't know if it was just the way I was brought up, but we always stored ours in the freezer!

I always freeze bread and then toast it when I want to eat a slice. I have been living alone for over ten years now, so would be throwing away a lot of bread if I left it out.

Did you weigh in? Points usually drop when you lose weight. Just like any other plan, the less you weigh the less you get to eat.
