Oh goodness! Absolutely from plastics! I had a lower body lift and breast lift with fat transfer 2 years ago.

Good Morning! JB- your pics are always inspiring! Good luck at the store and I hope you get the stuff you need. I am thinking I might have to brave it and go to the doc for me knee (boo-hoo). The orthopedic place is doing teledoc appts but they also have an urgent care and needless to say running yesterday was a bad idea. I felt ok most of yesterday and then in the afternoon BAM.... right now instead of working out as I should be I'm laying on the couch with a compression sleeve on my knee while I have it elevated. It's throbbing so I can't even go back to sleep. Ok enough whining.

Accountability: Way too many additional snacks that included quest chips, protein bar and flatbread with PB.

QOTD: I can't think of anything aside from some of John's sports collection stuff.

TSS: 5 years 8 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters and turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Chicken melt with low carb tortilla and carbmaster yogurt

D: Birch benders pancakes, eggbeaters, turkey sausage, cauliflower hash browns, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and cup fiber cereal

E: Wahhhhh..... none

V/W: On track

Oh no! Take it easy and rest that poor knee! I hope they can get you what you need without going in person.

Wow, great transformation and glad to see the smile is evident in both. Hoping you get some relief and answers with your knee.

  1. Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal
