Working on staying on track!
Breakfast: 2 Eggs with a sprinkle of Shredded Cheese
Snack: Turkey Jerky
Lunch: Salad, Cucumbers, Turkey, carrots with Cilantro Ranch Dressing
Snack: Sugar-Free chocolate pudding with protein powder added
Dinner: Asparagus, brown rice and meatloaf
QOTD: a Rainbow air filtration system... it is a vacuum as well and the best at combating allergies. We also have a set of waterless cookware that we absolutely love and cooks everything super fast and really moist too!

well, nothing on the agenda - again. I'll probably do some reading and then look for an office chair (online) for our teak desk. Right now DH is using that room as his office, and he's using an ottoman for a desk chair. So...it's time. Plus the desk looks stupid without a chair. I'll also take a long walk if the rain holds off. I'm hoping the stupid protest they're planning for downtown gets rained out! Most of the people in my city/county have been really good about sheltering in place - and now all these people from out of the area are going to bring their freaking viruses in and make everyone sick. GRRR!!! (and hopefully not their guns and confederate flags like they did in Michigan! I will DIE if I see that on national TV!!)
accountability was great yesterday. Aiming for that again today!
QOTD: I was racking my brain trying to think of something semi-unique that we have and coming up with nothing. Then I went out to the kitchen to get some ice, and I noticed I had at least five 3-cup Tupperware containers full of raspberries in the freezer - in addition to three of those 6 oz plastic boxes of fresh raspberries in the fridge. I didn't go down to the basement, but we have our old fridge down there, and I'm sure there are more Tupperwares full of raspberries in that freezer, too. How could I have forgotten my raspberry obsession? I swear every time I go to the store I come home with at least one box of raspberries (and usually more). DH and I were joking around once that he always comes home with sushi, and I always come home with raspberries. It's true!

B: protein pancakes topped with Carbmaster yogurt (cinnamon roll) and fresh raspberries, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 2 Costco chicken skewers, plain Fage yogurt with some adobo sauce mixed in (to use as a dip)
AS: raw veggies with dip - and/or L&F yogurt (with...raspberries!)
D: marinated sirloin steak and salad with light dressing
ex: walking. And maybe weights.
I've posted these before. One is of me and DH in Chile about 10 years ago. The other is me in India last fall (Oct 2019). I'm the same weight now as I was in October. I keep thinking I need to lose 10 lbs, but I actually loo****I still want to lose 10 lbs, though!) (I would have had DH take one of me today, but I look like quarantine hell at the moment....and I was was too lazy to find and upload another, somewhat more recent picture (like from within the last month - if there's even one available!)
