Ok in the spirit of sharing I'll post one. Definitely NOT my most flattering and please don't judge the hair! Still have a long ways to go and unfortunately I don't have, but a couple from before surgery and I currently don't have any full body shots. Still very self conscious about those!

Good Friday morning!!!
I love this group and all the beautiful pics. What a bunch of good looking people. It reminds me of last year's OH conference and their fashion show. You can all be on that catwalk.
I have a question for the runners in this group. When does the runners high kick in? When do you start enjoying running? I'm asking simply because on my run days I look at it as a chore. I do it but I don't enjoy it. I know it's the most bang for my buck so I do it. Yesterday my whole body was in pain all afternoon, after the run. Am I getting too old to run? And it's not that I run that long. 4-5 miles is the max.
QOTD: I have all kinds of replicas of the tower of Pisa around my house. From little one inch marble one to one foot wood one. I also have pictures hung of it when it was just a blue print. My home sweet home.
Before pic was taken March 2017, surgery was June of that year. It makes me sad looking at this pic because I was trying to hide my lumps behind a cross body bag or whatever food/plate/bottle I would have in hand. As if stuff like that would hide my rolls.
The now pic was taken 3-4 days ago for my mom. She was sooooo upset at me when she saw my pic with buzz cut. According to her I have strong features and a short hair cut makes me look masculine. So I took the pic with bandana and my trusty sunglasses to show her I can still be girly and I won't be mistaken for a man on the street. From across two continents she was yelling at me on the phone. It was actually funny because she hadn't been upset at me in ages.
My meals yesterday:
- B: Protein coffee
- L: left over veg moo shu + chicken skewers
- S1: PP strawberry + chocolate
- S2: L&F yogurt - apple caramel pie
- D: Tuna + 2 hb eggs, 12 chips + avocado salsa
- E: 4.5 miles jog
Have a great Friday and weekend, you beautiful people!
