Me too. I think you all have seen all of the before pics I have. And my parents had a house fire and lost everything, so unless a friend sends me something I didn't know was out there... this is all I've got!

Good morning JB and Menuers,
Wow JB you look fantastic. I am excited to see all of todays before and after's. I am glad you had a quick week seems mine went pretty quick as well. I may be running to Aldi at lunchtime if I can get out of here and tomorrow I am taking a run with my DB to Restaurant Depot because they have the Sport bottle water I love and I am down to my last 1. I refill them so it last awhile but I don't know if I can go without. I have a family Zoom get together this evening that sounds exciting however I don't have a camera on my computer so it looks like I'll have to do it from my phone. Wish me luck. I am a newbie at that.
QOTD: I have 3 3ft tall M&M figures that were hand crafted by a metal artist that sit on corner shelves in my living and dining room.
Accountability: was good except for a few nuts, Parm crisps, and jerky
TSS: 2 years 4 Month 13 days 135.4 (lowest 130.8)
CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber
MS: Oikos salted caramel triple zero Greek yogurt, Caramel Nut elevation bar
CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato
L: RGF Spinach and ricotta Italian entrée celery Aldi single serve hummus. Sargento Balanced breaks.
D: Sesame teriyaki chicken over coleslaw mix with some crushed peanuts .
LN: I plan on having wine on my zoom get together
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: I will get 3 miles. Maybe in the neighborhood or on the treadmill
