Ugh what we do to ourselves! I am glad we are working on being mindful and showing ourselves some grace.

I'll go one worse than that I never knew I was fat. I called myself the dyslexic anorexic. I looked in the mirror and thought I was skinny.

Good morning, everybody!

I'm back from my tooth extraction. It came out cleanly, but it feels like they really whaled away at it for awhile. For the next half an hour I have to keep this gauze in my mouth and then I should take a Tylenol.

For those who were asking. The extraction and the bone graft was $955 and the implant will be $2,400. The process will take about 8 months.

QOTD: I had a meeting in the summer and we were early and sat in a restaurant drinking water for an hour. My blood sugar was poorly controlled. When I went out into the sun I could not stop sweating. The whole meeting I was just drenched in sweat. I couldn't take my jacket off because my shirt was so wet.

Menu is up in the air depending on how I am feeling. Certainly some pudding.

I feel your pain. I have 3-4 implants, can't remember how many because my brother puts them in so I don't pay. Did you know they have several grades of implants? According to my brother my last implant is the Ferrari of implants. Make sure you get a Ferrari! ;)
