Nice job on WW - I do wish I had a male metabolism though....

I just look for fish or chicken options for takeout/restaurants - grilled without buns/thick sauces, then veggies with it.

ETA: Warning (and no surprise): The lower your weight gets the less leeway you have in using up the weekly points. I usually have one really high day a week (sometimes two) where I use a few of the weekly points, then I stay as low in my "recommended" range as I can the rest of the week (for me that is 10-23). To be at 10, I eat LOTS of zero point foods. The high days usually include wine (NOT a zero point food)...

Thank you Liz - I am slowly learning how to use the app as well, so that should help me when ordering out. I am going to try to not use the weekly points and see how it goes. I am only 2 days in and as an old friend said to me long ago " a new broom always sweeps the best", I need to take advantage of this new to me program!

I am going to invent a zero point wine and become the bazillionaire that I have always dreamed of becoming. Oprah and I will be best friends.

My cousin is a nurse and she posts the US numbers of new cases and deaths every day. Yesterday one of our other cousins got in an argument in the comments with one of my nurse-cousin's friends and told her she didn't know anything, called her a sheep and told her to stay home in her bubble. My cousin pointed out that wasn't possible because her friend was actually a pulmonologist and on the front line.

I, too, wish people would listen to the medical professionals in this case.

Good Morning. Still debating food shopping this morning. If you do not get out early things are decimated.

I had to take my nephew for bloodwork yesterday. Definitely more people on the road. ... and we still are seeing increases in cases daily. Not as fast, but still happening. My county is up to 30,000 cases. Hard to go on FB and see the tragedy.

QOTD: I just remember never wanting to go back upstairs in my house once I came down for the day. I say it is a NSV J never get tired of. Running up the stairs without having to think about it.

Every sip of morning coffee gives me a little more hope than before.

30,000 in one COUNTY is so staggering. Do you know a lot of people, personally affected?

I always felt like I was fit and healthy and for the most part I was. My bad memories all had to do with pictures. I would see myself in a picture and realize how big my stomach looked. I looked for clothes in the maternity department. My stomach always stuck out too much. I always said someday I will lose weight and get a tummytuck. I had my first plastic surgery appointment on the one year anniversary of my RNY. I had the tummytuck four months later. The muscle tighening was great and I still feel it 11 years later.

I know, I think the mirror in my house was too kind because I would leave the house feeling like I looked good, but damn, pictures would really throw me back to reality.

In the mirror at home, I guess I "sucked it in" and stood at the most flattering angle. Then I would see myself in someone's pictures and look terrible.
