Thank you Julia, I will have to take a look today so I can be prepared.

Do you use your weekly "extra" points?

I am anxiously awaiting to see how this goes, I have had issues with grazing, and not sure if it is my head or my body that is feeling more satisifed on WW?

I will let you know what I choose tonight, I am having a salad for lunch. I looked up Subway and If I go with a 6" Turkey on 9 grain with veggies and no cheese with mustard, I will be charged 6 points. Not bad....

Sadly I have used my extra points and then some over the last month of stay at home which is why I am gaining not losing. But prior to that, I was dipping in for a few extra points but not all.

This stay at home period adds a whole new challenge for us. You will get back to where you need to be when you find that "balance" again!

I will get back to it, without a problem. I am being kind to myself and remembering that I stocked up on all of these shelf-stable foods for my greater health which is avoiding grocery stores and therefore avoiding the virus. I know can get a few pounds off if I eat too many crackers and bread for a few months, but I have no idea if I could survive Covid.

Hi, You should be able to get point values from the WW app for many national restaurants.

On the app scroll down to explore and tap restaurants and type in the name and the foods with points should appear

Lots of options at subway, for me the trick is to stay away from the chips and cookies!!! Finding out that you can say no thank you when they ask you if you want a combo meal was a real game changer for me! LOL!

The beauty of Weigh****chers is that every restaurant and every food is Weigh****cher friendly. I use all of my points every week. I still weigh daily. The app makes it easy to track. It is keeping yourself accountable that makes it all work.

The subway chicken salad is THE BEST!! I haven't had it in ages. Practically everything that goes in a sandwich but in a bowl. All the veggies and I think even the chicken would be zero pts.
