Sheila, If you go to a virtual meeting they usually do a session afterwards for new people to explain it all better and take questions (as they did when meetings were live). If you attend one and they don't offer the orientation they may not have recognized anyone as new so ask for it.
ETA: You can attend any meeting in the country at any time.

I might do that. Although I think I signed up only for the online version, with no meetings (virtual or in person). I remember I had a bad experience with an in person meeting ions ago and swore them off.

Shelia I will start a daily post for Weight Loss Surgery Weigh****chers. I have been thinking about doing that for quite a while. I am finished with working until October and usually am up early so I have time to do it now.
I am thinking the RNY forum is the best place to do it, since none of the others seem to have activity. I will start one and see how it goes.

Good morning menu crew.
one heck of a bad night. Lots of pain and I just slept like crap. I ended up eating to much cheese yesterday and my weight went up this morning. Time to hunker down.
mentally overall I'm still doing ok. I'm happy about that!

Good morning friends. It's looking beautiful outside. Maybe I'll get out in it. Yesterday I had a four-way text going with my husband, oldest son and his girlfriend. I was laughing so hard I started crying and people were asking me if I was ok. I love to laugh like that. I'm positive it adds years back to my life. I'll take all the good for the soul moments I can these days!! Looking forward to another good day today.
QOTD: Bruh. I legit have a customer who wants me to track down the phone number of the president of a company we have an order with because it appears they have closed down for Covid-19 and he wants delivery answers. Really? Like, I am huge believer in top notch customer service, but track down his personal number?

I save the funniest dumbest tik toks I find and when we get low we watch them together as a family and always end up laughing so hard we're crying and gasping for breath. It's the best! I'm glad you got to have a moment like that. Priceless!

QOTD- Bruh! and Can't Concentrate
OK yesterday was not good. It started about 11 when a headache and nausea hit me. Since I was WFH I crawled into bed and turned on the electric blanket. I couldn't get warm and then I was overheated. Trying not to think about the virus symptoms but I'm sure this isn't it. I finally took a phenergen and that took care of my nausea, so I could eat and finally went to bed a little after 8. I got a relatively good night of sleep, and today I'm feeling better.
