What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Oh that's cool about the virtual support group. I am going to see if mine are doing that! When I moved in with Grim, the office got to be way too far away, except for annual appointments, so I haven't been to a group in over 3 years. I love the team there, though so it would be great to "go"!

That's great that you could do the meeting virtually. I am going to check on that with my group at home too!

I suppose I'm on can't concentrate :)
say 3 of week off feel like I haven't accomplished as much as I wanted to so far. But I've taken yoga everyday this week which has been awesome and I got Panera coffee brought to me yesterday at my car yuppie!! I've been putting rtd shake in them again and prefer it way better that way.
coffee is going in body - yoga at 8 then dh has a spinal injection today at 10 so I'm the driver and mental support and food pusher today . He gets munchies after and mellow mushroom here is closed- that is usually his go to place after these things.
work up to a not horrible offer on some of my jewelry that I countered on and got sold so that is awesome! also had an extra sale that was intended yesterday so another bonus
food plan:
yogurt pie
coffee
water
more coffee
lunch will be burger patty and okra?
dinner is tbd but may be breakfast we have corned beef hash for dh and biscuits and eggs so maybe something in that realm
snack maybe more yogurt pie :) this is a cheesecake pudding variety with chocolate
have a great day y'all
I'll try that yogurt pie, too - I've been making Liz's recipe and it occurred to me the other day I can experiment making these things with different flavors of pudding and add-ins. I have a bunch of flavors of pudding mix in my cabinet - chocolate, vanilla, lemon, cheesecake, butterscotch, and pistachio. This could be fun!

Happy Wednesday! Yay for hump day!!
my only weight goal for quarantine is to come out @ the same weight I went in at. So far, so good!
qotd - I am can't concentrate and in charge of everything, not sure that is the best combo, to be honest.
my meal plan is a bit repetitive - coffee with half and half, carbmaster cottage cheese, light and fit greek and I'm really craving a burger so might have that for dinner but it feels like when I contemplate cooking, lol.
this weekend I watched all of The new season of Bosch (enjoyed it), both parts of The Pale Horse on Amazon (loved Rufus Sewell, didn't love the adaptation) and all the episodes of Baptiste on PBS (very good) - just in case anyone is looking for something to watch! This weekend Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans and Hugh Jackman have been movies/series coming out so my tv may spontaneously combust, lol.
have a fantastic day everyone!
