After hearing so much about WW from JB and Liz, I finally surrendered and signed up yesterday. I was put in the purple group. Holy moly, how many zero pint foods are there? When I saw the banana, I almost cried. I haven't had a banana since surgery. I'm still trying to understand all the rules. But I figured I committed for 3 months, let's see if we can make it work.
Another discovery, yesterday, happened by accident. I had OH open on my phone and I guess my finger clicked on the PP ad. Have you guys seen the combos they advertise as a milk shake? I never liked the fruity flavor PPs, but like chocolate and strawberry, or chocolate and banana are actually good. Needless to say I bought a pack of each and I'm making my own afternoon milkshakes. My problem has never been eating too much food. I never cared about food. My problem has always been sweets. So if I can satisfy my sweet tooth with these shakes then I'm golden.

DH is over at Walgreens getting his second shingles vaccine. I'm a little surprised he was able to make the appointment, but maybe it's because it's a time-sensitive thing. I need to go out for a walk this morning, since I'm playing online Mah Jongg this afternoon. It's only 37 F right now, though - hopefully it'll warm up before 1:30!
Accountability: I ate at the high end of my maintenance level again yesterday. I won't gain weight on that, but I won't lose, either. I have GOT to start sticking to the low end - I was doing so well for awhile! At least I took a long walk and did weights yesterday - it probably helped a bit.

B: protein pancakes with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: May have some L&F yogurt with raspberries and save the protein shake for this afternoon when I'm playing Mah Jongg. Easier to drink than eat when you're playing games online..
L: chicken taco & a small salad with light dressing
AS: protein shake. Raw veggies with dip if needed. Or maybe a skinny bagel with light creamed cheese.
D: 2 Costco chicken skewers, 1/4 C sweet potato casserole
