Good Morning! I have an early call to be on in 15 mins so off and ready to go.

B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Eggbeaters and turkey sausage in low carb wrap and carbmaster yogurt

D: Corned beef, green beans, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: argh, my knee is acting up so no running. 30 mins speedy walk on the treadmill and 80 mins elliptical

V/W: On track

Good Tuesday morning friends.

wow...what a horrible night I had. Toss and turning and lots of pain. Oh and tons a weird ass dreams. Just weird stuff. Still having issues with my stomach and the Tylenol 4s. Ugh.

BUT...mentally I am ok. I am tired overall but ok with things. I made a package of dried black beans yesterday and may of had a little more than I should of. They were so good though! Used part of them in burritos to freeze and the leftovers will be put in the freezer today.

accountability for yesterday was ok. Had an unplanned piece of cheese. Hoping to be better about the night time snacking today.

week furloughs really stink

well day 2 of my "forced" week off. I did take two yoga classes yesterday. The first was at 10 and I have not has caffeine or any stretch before so I made it 30 min and quit - it was flow and my body did not want to play. The 6 pm was much better. Since I was in area I got carry out of bbq pork and it was yummy.

Good morning, everybody!

I broke a tooth, so went for a dental consultation this morning. The dentist took X-Rays and said that I will need to have it extracted and get an implant. He said to expect 6-8 months of time between the extraction and the implant. I had one removed before and they couldn't implant it because of the shape of the bone, but the dentist feels pretty good that this one will be able to implant. I am crossing my fingers because I don't want another bridge. I don't think any of this is going to happen until the world returns to normal.

Good dental talk.

I'm not sure what we are doing to celebrate my birthday - probably deferring it.
