Good morning! Another day in which to do nothing... I had been thinking positive about going home in mid-May but then I received an email from my Cape Cod Alzheimer's Support Group that 60 people in a nursing home there tested positive yesterday. Wow!

  • Nothing to do again?
  • Can I go home?

TSS: 4 years

B: Coffee! WW zero point pancake

L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken and laughing cow cheese

D: Grilled chicken breast and cauliflower fried rice

Another dry and sunny day here near Hot Springs. We will probably need to turn the air conditioner on at lunchtime as we're supposed to get in the 80s. A metal box gets pretty warm sitting in the sun in case you wondered! The ac keeps it nice and comfortable though. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise even though I really really really didn't want to walk after work with Lily. We got our steps in and had fun too! Weight today is 120.6. QOTD 1.Safe in wonderful beauty 2. Busy hands staying safe 3. Lots of knitted sweaters 4.Stuck inside with sweets. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz grilled shrimp. No snacks and at least 100 ounces of fluids. Didn't drink enough yesterday because I was sweating and even though I drank lots it wasn't enough so I woke with a headache today. Today's job is doing some cleaning and sorting in 2 storage rooms that are jammed full of stuff. It could be interesting to say the least. Have a great day full of your best choices and stay safe everyone! Sleepy Miss Lily says hi. AMD no,she's not spoiled !

Good morning JB and Crew. This meme is for you, Grim and Liz! You may have seen it, I had not and thought it was clever!

Busy days, our company was approved for the small business loan program, happy about that as we have not been able to produce Fragrances in the last 5 weeks, we are at about 30% workforce, one of the buyers that reports to me is laid off and the other is working half time.

I am thinking I will be flying to Florida on May 15 to close my parents home for the summer and then will fly back with them on Monday 05/18. When looking at flights yesterday I realized that the airline had blocked off every other row to allow for social distancing. While not fitted, I have N95 masks for all of us.

I am contemplating joining WW as I just cant seem to lose the 10-15 lbs I would like to lose. Thoughts?

QOTD -

You cant be hungry?

Are you kidding me?

Missing the Mountains, Hiking!

B- Scrambled eggs with cheddar and ham

S - Caramel Apple Pie Greek yogurt

L - Romaine, celery and chicken salad

S - ham roll up and cukes/ranch

D - Chicken alfredo homemade with homemade "egg" noodles...

E - Bike and Tread Mill

Stay healthy my friends, Mike

Yes I have seen that--made me laugh. MA does a great job with the highway signs--I love "use ya blinkah" :)

I think WW is great... if you stick to it! I started right before lockdown and was loving it. I'm still logging points there instead of MFP but I am admittedly going over my points regularly out of boredom and lack of fresh foods, but not because the program doesn't work!
