IKEA Swedish meatballs
I will confess, I've always heard of the meatballs but never had them, even when I ate meat. HOWEVER, I found this recipe too, so I may try to make them this weekend!

I am right there with you since I too have never been to an ikea. People look at me funny because there is 1 about 30 minutes from where I live but still have not found a reason to go to 1. I may have to try this meatball recipe and yes make it lower carb. Looks really interesting. Thank you for sharing!
Ugghh IKEA? I've been to them before, but I suck at putting things together. I'm the one who'll have pieces left over or I'll try to force 2 pieces together since something is always misaligned, & I swear they make that place like a freaking maze. Yeah follow the lines on the floor to take you to yet another part of the store that you didn't want to go to. Plus those little "shortcuts" don't mean **** cuz you still have to follow the freaking arrows on the floor.
If I could shimmy down a rope outside the window I would if it could take me to the dag gone cashier any faster. After all that nonsense, the last thing I want to do is scope out the meatballs, which never seems to be in a place that you can get to without going through the whole freaking store.

Hahah, I am with you on the cannot assemble. The last time I attempted to do so, I put a two shelf bookcase (the size of a small bedside table) together backwards. I don't even know how you do that.
There is a funny book we read in bookclub a few years ago called Horrorstor...basically an ikea that you could never leave -- even once you were a zombie!
