What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

I think scones are in my top 5 favourite foods. "Fortunately" for me I discovered I'm allergic to wheat about 9 years ago, so haven't had them since. I miss them. I'll enjoy them vicariously through you. LOL

As I was scrolling local Take Out pizza menus. Ack. Decided I should just come on here...
In an effort to stop the mental breakdown during all this - decided even though I am doing my regularly scheduled workouts I still need to consciously move my body 2x a day. Morning and Afternoon. Too much sitting. So got up this morning- took all the allergy medicine and inhaler and went outside for a one mile run. Came back in and showered all the pollen off. It is not much but it is honest work.
Second goal for this week is 96oz water. I get my 64 in but know I feel better with more. I only count plain water.
QOTD: love my throw pillows. Even have seasonal summer and Christmas ones.
- low carb French toast
- lite rye bread, lite liverwurst
- taco
- chicken and veggies
- S: yogurt, veggies, protein
Ex: running, stretch routine

I have awful insomnia and it's been much worse since quarantine. I was awake past 4 am and had a restless sleep. So tired...
Big event today. I'm going to shower and go for a walk with the hubs for the first time in over a month (the walk, not the shower!!). There's a 6 km route I do along the ocean with my auntie twice a week usually, but I haven't been able to see her since March 17th so I just stopped walking. Time to stop feeling sorry for myself and get back to it...
Accountability: Do I have to talk about it? 6-10 pm is definitely my downfall. Tips on stopping the evening snacking?!? At this point it feels compulsive and addicty. But that's why I'm here. Today is a new day. I logged everything and I'm here, so that's something, I guess. Going to try having a protein shake for my first meal, then when I get snacky in the evening have another one.
Menu Plan:
Noon: Protein berry shake (6 pts)
Meal 2: Kale salad with lentils (14 pts)
Meal 3: Taco meat lettuce wraps (7 pts)
Meal 4: Protein berry shake (6 pts)
QOTD: I just realized I don't own a single throw pillow... my obsession is lap blankets... so many!

I have to plan snacks into my meal plan or I get into stuff I shouldn't. I have one around 4, delay eating dinner until 6:30-7, then have a planned snack (sweet) at about 8:30 or so. I have done this pretty much since I was back on regular meals after WLS. Going to WW helped me to find a couple of really satisfying snacks with little to no WW points.

Yeah, that's a good idea. Do you mind sharing some of your favourite snacks? I love fruit so I could do that, better than getting into the chocolate, chips and popcorn! My husband bought me "a treat" thinking he was doing something nice for me - 4 big bags of mini cadbury eggs marked half off and a gift box of my FAVOURITE lindt balls. Not fair!!! I put them in a bag to go to my skinny auntie next time I see her.
