I never figured out a total weight, but I can eat 3-4 ounces of a dense protein plus a small veggie serving. I would guess the total weight is about like yours, but as mentioned by others I can eat lots of calories quickly by snacking on carb laden foods (which is how I regained). WW has helped me get control over my eating and figure out snacks that keep me satisfied but within points.
