Good late morning everyone!
I?m feeling pretty positive today. Headspace seems to be helping me relax and I?ll take it. Like it a lot so far.
reapplied at the clinic I got to and was approved. So that?s a stressor I?m glad is out of the way for a year. I?ve had a pretty bad headache since yesterday. Pretty sure it is sinus related. Could live with out that lol. The weather here is getting warmer but with cold snaps every week. Monday we had three inches of snow and yesterday was 78. No wonder I have a headache!
my psychologist has me journaling my night time thoughts and sending it to her the night before our appointment. It?s helped me identify things and improve on them. I really like her a lot.
qotd: hmmm I really enjoy my cat Percy and his snuggles when I take a nap. He really has become the sweetest of cats...still ornery as all get out but sweet!
b:baked oatmeal
s:jerky and PP shake with strawberries
l:egg salad 3 ritz crackers
s:yogurt with blueberries
d:CHANGED...salmon is thawed out and I forgot so that'll be dinner with riced cauliflower that may end up as veggie fried "rice". That's what sounds good now.
will be making meal burritos and freezing them. This prep stuff really helps me have something good for me and easy to heat up in the oven or microwave. These will be roasted chicken with onions, 1tbs shredded cheese, 1 tbs refried beans and about half a tbs light sour cream. I might add a little bit of salt free fajita seasoning. If I do I'll add some thawed bell peppers. Ohhh fajita wraps!
my pics are of my dog Frankie, Percy?s paw and my niece Rachel and her serious face...just made me crack up!

Good morning, and Happy Friday!
QOTD - Just being with my husband and spending lots of time with my dogs. Walking around my yard, talking to my fruit trees, seeing new roses, etc. It's very calming. I do miss the daily schedule tho.
Breakfast - none, fasting. Hot green tea for now.
Lunch - Lettuce, tomato, vegan chao cheese on butter bread with vegan mayo. Doritos!
Snack - frozen fruit smoothie, frui****er, hemp seed protein, oat milk, chia seed
Dinner - leftover crispy tofu fried rice (picture below)
Have a wonderful day everyone!!

WOW I have had a busy morning and now I am like 72 posts behind! I will have to get caught up!
QOTD: I have rekindled some friendships with people I don't normally speak to all that often - friends from college for example, and it's been really fun to catch up. I have been doing a lot of bike rides with the kids too. Also, while distance learning SUCKS ASS in almost every day, I am helping Leah (10) with her Spanish (since I am fluent) and I love watching her pick up a new language! (Now math, I could do without!!!).
JB, Grim's built-ins are AMAZING. WOW just WOW. I am super impressed.
The kids go back to their mom's for the weekend so it will be a quiet one here. I guess maybe that's one other thing I am grateful for - we normally have weekends during the school year since they are at a school in their mom's town and we have switched, so we get a whole lot more time with the kids which is fun. We seem to be in a groove now...
Time since surgery: 6.5 years? B: Ever roast chicken (the last of it! I swear the only reason I have to go to the store is to keep myself stocked up on ever roast!) + munster cheese L: The rest of my Chipotle sofritas bowl D: Turmeric rice plus chicken breast sautéed with red onion and long pepper - light on the rice for me My picture is my ATTEMPT to grow basil, chives, and habanero peppers. I just planted them on Sunday. I will either drown them or no****er them enough. I have a black thumb. But I figured while we are hunkered down I may as well become a true homesteader lolSAME! We have been fortunate to have the kids for 7-8 days in a row instead of just a weekend. It's been a welcome change! It's more food, more cooking and cleaning, but the benefits of having them just makes it all seem so small. We did movie nights for several nights in a row, and introduced them to War of the Worlds, Godzilla (1998), and a few others. It was nice having them here.

I missed posting my menu but wanted to jump on and say the space reno looks amazing. That Grim is one talented guy.
QOTD: All the funny memes are giving me joy... and days with sunshine. Now if we could have sunshine and warmth.... that would be amazing.

From does excellent work. Beautiful. And he cooks.
QOTD: Bernie, my dog, brings me great joy. He is funny and sweet except when he barks. His bark is so irritating. I'm not working my part-time job now so I'm enjoying not having to be somewhere at a certain.
Still making masks. Tomorrow I plan to work on a quilt. My kitchen cabinets are best and orderly and the house is cleaned.
I made Liz's BB Pie using white chocolate puddings mix. No lemon to be found. Very good! Made an old WW recipe, Snickers. Really good but doesn't really taste like a Snickers.
I actually have exercise points accumulated this week.
