Happy Friday everyone. Hope everyone is healthy and happy today. The only thing I truly got going on in my life right now is shower, work, exercise, and meal planning. So why was it so easy to skip Exercise yesterday? I wont make that mistake again tonight.
QOTD: No traffic to and from work. Warm days to walk outside. Not having to go to parties and events where I am tempted to overeat. My DH doing all the housework. Free concerts from local bands on Facebook. People in general just being polite.
Accountability: No exercise, went over calorie allotment, ate pork rinds.
TSS: 2 years 4 Month 6 days 135.6 (lowest 130.8)
CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber
MS: Oikos salted caramel triple zero greek yogurt, Chocolate coconut elevation bar fresh blueberries

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: I will get in a walk on the treadmill (Did 3 miles yesterday)

the Mah Jongg team is playing this morning at 10:00 (in 15 minutes), because I have a film discussion group meeting via Zoom this afternoon. It's also our anniversary, so we'll splurge and do take-out this evening (so I have to eat lightly the rest of the day). There's a Cajun/Creole place on our short list, and I just got an email from them saying we can get a free bottle of champagne from them with any order today because of our anniversary, so I guess that nails it!
accountability was great yesterday, and we took an evening walk to boot. I'll insist on another walk today. It's great to get out for awhile, and I need the exercise. I feel awfully sluggish just sitting around the house all day..
QOTD: I've always loved propping myself up in bed in the morning with my coffee by my side, reading my email, checking OH, and checking Facebook. It's occurred to me before that that's one of my greatest pleasures - virus or no virus!
