What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Love you in that dress!

Morning! I don't have any meetings today so I spent the morning so I took my time getting to "work" this morning. This week has felt long as work as slowed quite a bit. I'm planning on doing a day of C25k intervals later. I'm going crazy not doing any running at all and I'll take some increased hip pain for a day or so to just move a little more.
QOTD: I totally agree about the first sip of coffee. I also love Jeep rides (when it's warm enough), reading my book, and listening to audio books on walks. Oh and I've been playing Animal Crossing on my Switch and that's fun too.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- Eggs & Sausage
- (4) pieces of left over Sushi and a little pineapple rice
- Chicken and veggies
I forgot to add my pictures the first time.
I'm pretty sure this is what our cat is thinking at this point.
The way that grocery shopping looks right now. Barely beyond pajamas and masks!

My nephew tried to persuade me to get a switch in January. I'm wishing I had listened to him!

I was gifted a switch lite and just started AC a few days ago, a lot of fun!

Good morning and happy end of the work week! At least tomorrow when I wake up at 4 am my mind won't start going "you've got one more hour. What's wrong with you? You've got 39 minutes, stop it!!"
JB, LOVE the built in's and color. I could move right in, but Grim's gotta stop making the bread if I do.
No walk yesterday. But I did do some weights and resistance band work last night. My work is also very stressful, and I am carrying all that stress in my back around my rib cage. Trying to find ways of reducing that.
QOTD: We've been having a couple of beautiful days, and then cooling down 30 degrees to the low 50's at night. Before you scoff, that's pretty cold for us thin blooded Southern Californians. So I have been LOVING sleeping with the windows open and all the fresh cool air while I am snuggled under my electric blanket. It's like I can hardly wait for it to be a reasonable time to go to bed right now.
MENU PLAN
Coffee and then Gatorade Free
B: 1 oz sugar free jerky, 6 cheddar cheese Whisps
L: 2 ounces taco meat, ¼ C nonfat refried beans, tbsp shredded cheddar
D: a bit of tri-tip roast, broccoli and maybe avo. Still not 100% on dinner except the tri-tip because it's in the crock pot.
Exercise: Walking? Maybe take the dogs after work. Definitely more weights and stretching. Good for the back as well as my soul.
Lost half of my found pound. Woo hoo. Peace! Thought I'd introduce my two pups. The brown striped one is Monte (named after my so far favorite place in the world, Montepulciano, Italy,) and the black one is Cash.
