What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Happy Friday menu friends! That room is gorgeous JB! What a cheerful place to set up to work. And Grim does great work. But the bread making would.be the death of my diet I'm sure. Hubby doesn't bake but keeps candy around everywhere which is probably worse. I guess they all have their thing! QOTD my first cup of coffee,Miss Lily,my family and my pretty little camper. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz roast beef and cheese D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. I'll get at least 100 ounces of fluids and not take any extra bites. Have a great day full of healthy choices everyone! Pics are from Camp Tanako near Hot Springs,Arkansas.

Love that BRIGHT spring green in the photos. We are still a couple of weeks away from seeing that color scape here, (predicting snow tonight!) so it's nice to see where spring has sprung!

Good morning, everybody!
I woke up at 4:00 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. At 5:00, I went downstairs, read a little, and woke back up at 7:00. We got snow again last night- about three inches. It doesn't seem like it has knocked down any trees or power lines, which is fortunate.
Marilyn booked my flight for the OH conference yesterday. It was just a transfer on a Southwest voucher of another cancelled flight, so I wasn't out of pocket any funds. I haven't made my hotel reservation yet, though. I told her that a conference full of people with multiple major medical issues, some of whom had recent surgery may not be too likely to go ahead, but we will see.
QOTD: Having coffee with Marilyn before I turn on my computer in the morning. This recent project has been really tough and affecting my whole life. Once I get through it, I am going to have to set some limits about accessibility and what working from home means.
Breakfast: Bagel
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: sausage

Have a great day, all!

I am going to be desperate to take some vacation hours by then, so if it is still on we might turn it into a 2 week road trip. The routes from Boston to Houston hit some pretty fun places!
