Good afternoon! I am popping on here real fast because the morning got away from me, and I am trying hard to be accountable.
QOTD: I honestly don't remember how I made them. For me or the kids. Not a huge PB&J fan. Now a warm English muffin with butter and PB - that's more my speed. Or was. It's been a long time.
MENU PLAN
Coffee the Gatorade Free
B: emiepie egg salad
L: 3 ounces chicken thigh, ¼ C cauliflower/broccoli rice
D: pork rib and asparagus
Exercise: Clearly not making it away from my desk today. I did do push ups and lunges while my lunch was heating. So maybe 2.5 minutes of "body building" ?
Up a pound today. Hope it goes away tomorrow. Peace!
