QOTD: peanut butter on one piece of bread - peanut butter on the other piece of bread - clean the knife and jelly either one - this way your sandwich will not get soggy before lunch (this is for packing a sandwich for later) .... also never cut it until you are ready to eat as the jelly will make the bread soggy and ooze out. This all being said, we have a peanut allergy person in our house and I couldn't tell you the last time we had peanut butter in the house. I MISS IT and LOVE IT - but can't risk killing him, lol.

Good morning menu friends! It's chilly and foggy here but the sun is coming out so hopefully it will warm up soon. I'm stiff and sore today as I spent yesterday afternoon sliding around on my bottom and stomach raking leaves out from under cabin porches so there were no snake habitats. I taped the rake to a long pole so I reach to the middle of the porch and pull the leaves out. I definitely got a good arm and shoulder workout. Still have more to do but the rest are not as leaf packs hopefully won't be as bad. We also have 2 more windows to put in and some cleaning of storage rooms to do. Plenty to keep us busy for a bit longer. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2 today. QOTD peanut butter on both pieces and jelly in the middle. I do clean the knife off though. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz whatever protein hubby cooks. No snacks and at least 100 ounces of fluids. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone and stay safe!
