True. Our orientation got cancelled too, everything is done online, we even got a virtual tour. Although we had already seen the campus on our college road trip.
Crossing fingers they can go away come August/September.

QOTD: I am so HAPPY that i am still employed.. and have to actually come to work..When i hear the grim news daily about all that has lost their jobs, layed off, fired, died do to covid, its extremely overwhelming..

Lunch: its 12:17 here in ny im not hungry nor do i know what im gonna have for lunch
Dinner: what ever hubby makes when i get home i will eat the protein and veggies

It's starting to spit snow here today. Hopefully, it won't accumulate. We slept in until about 7:30 and I have been on calls most of the morning. This is going to be a tough week at work, again, but hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel next week.
QOTD: Thankful that DD and her boyfriend/Boyfriends family are on the mend from their bout with Coronavirus.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar

qotd - I am thankful that my cousin who's a nurse is still able to be her snarky, amazing funny self while dealing with all the Covid craziness and that everyone in my circle is healthy or has recovered from mild Covid issues. Very fortunate! I also remind myself multiple times a day to be greatful I can work from home, as crazy and wearing as it is right now!
this week I am seeing if getting at least 100 oz fluids in before I eat breakfast helps with my daily structure -- it's actually not a big change for me, just about 20 extra ounces. So far this week it's been good. It is only Tuesday though so early days.
menu today is my coffee plus half and half, a one protein bar (did not like), I will have a yogurt, a cheese square for lunch and the man for dinner I am thinking either RGF poppers or smoked sausage link.

Wait, 100 oz BEFORE breakfast??
My goal is to have 100 oz throughout the day. How do you drink that much before brk? I know you wake up at all hrs of the night (at least what I consider night, but you superwoman, just get up and start your day) but what's the time span between you waking up and your breakfast?

I'm usually up between 3 and 330 and then I eat breakfast between 10 and 11. So it's a big window!
I was a bit inspired by Christina's coffee/tea/topo Chico mornings. Plus I tried AHA water in coffee-cherry, it's a sparkling water with caffine and flavor (no calories). I open it when I get up and let it get a little flat until after I'm done with the real coffee, it's good!

i was getting bad cramps when I was drinking over 150-200 oz of water + 28 oz of coffee and the Doc said I am drinking to much water and flushing a lot of nutrients out that I need. I cut back to just 100 oz and I now longer get cramps.

Oh, I will keep that in mind -- with coffee, i'm probably at 150 total so hopefully not excessive.
