Good morning everyone!
I'm in "sunny" San Diego, but the sun keeps forgetting to show up. I'd like a partial refund on my sunshine tax, please.
QOTD: I'm still in the office working full time plus, so I get to interact with my customers all over the US. I've worked with some of them for more then 25 years, so it's like family. Everyone is trying extra hard to be entertaining and good spirited. That definitely brings a smile to my face during the day.
MENU PLAN
Coffee with half scoop protein
B: emiepie egg salad
L: 2 ounces chicken, 2 tablespoon cauliflower/broccoli rice, sautéed onions/bell peppers
D: 2-3 ounces tri tip roast. Cooked in the crock pot with some broth. Not sure how this will go, beef except ground is still a challenge for me. 2 tablespoons roasted diced carrots and asparagus.
Exercise: Sadly, not much. I have to find a way to incorporate this in my 50-60 hour (self imposed) work week. Maybe some yoga, stretching and resistance band work tonight.
At goal today while I try to figure out maintenance. Peace!

Ooooh, Lisa, my son got accepted at SDSU! So as soon as this shelter-in is lifted we'll be in your neck of the woods often. Please make sure the sun is out and shining for then!

Thanks! For all my fretting and stressing he got accepted in all of the colleges he had applied to, I think thanks to his high score on ACT and his better grades freshman and sophomore year. Now the stress is to keep his grades up. SDSU was always his first choice.

I figured at some point that he would realize that college in California = 10,000 California girls and, that was way better than staying home. Now let's hope they can actually go. My son's June orientation has already been cancelled.
