Yes still used lemon. Was happy with the cheesecake flavor. I have bought lemon off Amazon too. Lol.
I did not see time to cook anywhere on the recipe photo. Just says firm and lightly brown on edges.
Is yours normally super thick going into the pan?
I would absolutely make again- just trying to refine a little. :)

It says "bake for 40 minutes until firm and brown around the edges". I do it for exactly 40.

Good morning menu friends! Time to start another work week. It's supposed to be dry and cooler here today. We have 7 more windows to replace and outdoor jobs like power washing and blowing leaves from under cabin porches. Apparently the snakes like to hide there and there are rat snakes and the occasional copperhead in the area. So that activity might involve some screaming and running! Rat snakes don't bother me as we've seen several of them but copperheads make me nervous. I'll be way back so if anything moves I can clear the area,no questions asked. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and Miss Lily and I got 2 nice long walks in around the rain. Weight is 120.4 today. QOTD lose as much weight as fast as you can and come here daily to be accountable for your food and other choices. Make new habits like weighing your food and you every day and stick with it for life. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz frittata with ham and cheese D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. No snacks. I have been craving sweets so bad but have stayed strong and stepped away. Have a wonderful day full of smart and conscious choices everyone ! And stay safe.
awwww man- I will be in detox mode the next 2 days. I decided I was going to eat the things I wanted but not make myself sick, it was yummy. now back to the 'normalcy' of quarantine whatever that is. we came to the barn house Thursday since I was 'forced PTO' and decided to stay this week here. I'm not sure if the Chattanooga house flooded or not after all the work from last week in the creek/regarding. I'm asking a coworker to check it out later. We had tornados and really bad wind and rain last night. I thought the roof was going to come off at one point... very scary. this led to some before bed chocolate.. my anxiety was waaay up
QOTD:
1.) lose as much as you can during the first 2 years. do not let comments from the peanut gallery deter you. people can be mean.
2.) notice bad behaviors from the beginning. these may continue after the honeymoon period and lead to gain. mine was depriving myself and eating not enough then my version of 'binge' eating in the evening or middle of the night. I wasn't diagnosed with BED but it was not healthy.

Good morning, everybody!
It is freezing here today! Remember last week when I said that I thought we were into real spring weather? Not so much. It's supposed to be highs in the 40's and lows in the 30's all wee****il Saturday.
I had fun doing the partner workout with Cynthia on Saturday. We ended up getting six rounds plus 4 extra reps and we deadlifted 300 pounds combined. It was all the weight that we had available or we would have done more. Quarantine rules.
My slow double unders and one at a time pull-ups gave Cynthia plenty of time to balance her checkbook and do her nails while she was waiting for her turn.
Marilyn has been cleaning out our file cabinets and finding documents from 1993. I think they are safe to throw away at this point. LOL.
QOTD: Miralax. I don't think that some of the Doctors understand how bad the constipation is for Newbies. Between the low volume of food consumed, vitamins and painkillers, some treatment is needed for almost everybody. Also, you need to drink a ton of liquid to help the Miralax work correctly.

We are in the rain and high winds belt today too. Yay! Not. I need sunshine. My days go so much better with sunshine.
QOTD: I agree with Julia
1 - lose the weight as fast as you can. Put your blinders on and full steam ahead. It doesn't get easier than it is the first year or so. In that vein skip the alcohol and the celebration extras/carbs - birthday parties, eating out et****il you are in maintenance.
2- It is consistency over perfection... If you make a less than stellar choice next meal just get back to normal. Do not panic and go extreme. There is no magical detox. It will just backfire. Just get back to normal boring routine. Routine is our friend.

Ex: probably yoga or stretch routine. I did my partner WOD with Greateight on Saturday. It was fun and motivated me to get it done.
