Have a great one!
Good morning. Things are going well, but my back is still an issue (disk spurs digging into some nerves - caused by arthritis).
QOTD - I miss my leather jacket, but I have much better ones now, so not terribly.
Here's a picture of me at home after setting up my home office and then what I'm in now. Nice and messy. I went a bit stir crazy this week, so baked some Alton Brown pretzels (I think someone on here mentioned them). I cut them in half and froze them. They are pretty good. Last night we had a social hour on line, so broke out the beer - I have one or two a week.
B Greek yogurt and some nuts, 5 pieces of whole grain cereal
L Chicken and a small salad
S 1/2 a pretzel with mustard
S2 Beer at another social hour tonight
D Brisket (I didn't eat my planned dinner last night - just had soup), steamed veg
S SF popsicle

Such an amazing transformation JB!!
qotd - I had a few pieces of clothing that I was sad I shrunk out of!! I even tried keeping them for lounge/PJs but eventually had to accept their loss. Good problem to have!
i have been working on the puzzle in my photos off and on since last Friday night. This is not as relaxing as it?s supposed to be! (Or they would be if I could add photos! Will try in the comments)
not sure of my menu today, definitely ever roast and cheese, I?ve already had my coffee with half and half. Everything else I will play by ear!
have a great Friday and weekend everyone!

Gotta be honest, that seems like more fun than the puzzle

Love the puzzle but it looks hard. I've been doing the 500 piece ones. I usually buy them at Dollar Tree but now that all the kids are out of school they are also out of puzzles. I was going to try a 1000 piece on this time. I have a box I need to dig up from my garage that has puzzles in it that I haven't seen in years. Maybe that will keep me busy.
