What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
That looks yummy. I love the lemon SF pudding but nobody carries it by me. I have to order online if I want it. I might have a package. This would make a good Easter dessert.

Here is a transformation Photo just for S&G's
Good Morning JB and Menuers,
Happy Good Friday to those who celebrate. JB Your Photoshop Pics look successful I may play with some filters later. So cool. I would like a private baking lesson with Paul Hollywood any day. And your transformation photo is amazing.
Tell Grim he is not alone I heard the #1 baking skill being honed in on is bread baking during Quarantine. I believe it is fitting because it is the ultimate comfort food. We all need a little comfort.
Well I am off today and it is freezing a light snow is falling and it does not plan to get above 35°. I don't see me outside at all. I'm going to try to treadmill at least a little so I don't go into full sloth mode.
I am very sad because I usually have a big gathering at my home with friends and Family. I been doing it for the last 3 or four years. I always make Tuna melts and Crab cakes and my Brother makes homemade pierogies. I usually have between 30 and 40 over so it will be quite today. I am still making tuna melts. I'll take my mom hers for lunch and I will Make mine and DH's on Low carb Tortillas to try to stay on track today. I am going to make some deviled eggs and if you never had them those stuff mushrooms at Aldi are fantastic. Stuffed with Artichokes and cheese wow pop in the oven. Yummmers.
QOTD: Hello I was a cute fat girl!!! At least I thought so until after I lost my weight. I had a vast wardrobe however I only kept one pair of jeans and one shirt that I wore for my last appointment before surgery.
Accountability: I didn't do so good. No exercise 2 Keto cookies and I polished off the rest of the Mint Chocolate chip RGF Ice cream.

Full sloth mode. I hear you.
Tuna melts sound good. Maybe it will be added to menu tomorrow. I like lite English muffins and I actually find the store brand usually better than Thomas brand. In the lite anyway.
Holidays are one of the few times I get to see my family. Feels very sad.

I really miss the family gatherings. My family mom brother his wife his neighbors and another good friend older single gentleman get together for dinner every Sunday night to catch up and wish everyone a good week. That is what I miss the most. I got invited to a zoom Happy Hour next Friday so I'm going to try to set that up this weekend hope it helps cut the feeling of missing everyone.

Good Friday morning all! I am so happy to be off today! Even though I have no plans since there isn't much we can do with being quarantined and all. I'll probably get some laundry done and perhaps do some more reading, learn some more Spanish etc. I do need to go to the grocery store today though and I'm a little nervous about that. Haven't been out in several weeks, but I do need to pick up my brother a birthday cake since his birthday is tomorrow and I need a few other items. It should be a quick in and out, but still a little nerve wracking since I try to avoid going at all costs. The meds I take for my MS lower my immune system and on top of having asthma I try to avoid people as much as possible.
I have noticed that since surgery I have a lot less migraines. Pre-surgery I was getting bad ones at least 2-3 times per month and often more. My insurance only paid for so many pills per month to take for the migraines and I often went through them before the month was up and was forced to endure until I was able to get a refill. I just realized the other day that I was having less migraines because I can remember the last time I got my medication filled. Now I go months without them. I still get one every so often, but very few and far between which is awesome to me! I just wonder what made me get more before and less now? Perhaps the unhealthy foods i was eating? Anyone else suffer from migraines and have a lot less now after surgery?
QOTD: Some clothes I miss, but not enough to want to go back to that size! I still have cute 3X tops in my closet with the tags still on them. I have already donated a lot of my old clothes to goodwill, but some things I still can't part with. I always worry, what if god forbid, I gain all my weight back? I don't want to have to go out and buy all new clothes to fit. I know I shouldn't think that way and maybe I need to get rid of everything so that I don't have that option.
B: coffee w/Splenda X 3
B2: 2 eggs scrambled with 1 turkey sausage patty
L: low sodium turkey deli meat and provolone cheese (this May be substituted for a premier shake or L&F yogurt if I'm not that hungry)
D: Chicken enchilada minus the tortilla shell

Good will is a great organization. However may i suggest if you have any more clothing to donate it to your local women's shelter. Plus size women very rarely get young fun clothes donated and it means the world to them when they do. Just a suggestion but I was glad someone was actually putting it on and using it instead of going for resale.

I didn't even think of that, but definitely will next time! Thank you for the suggestion. I think that's an awesome idea!
