Yes the daily baking is definitely factoring in. If you only knew how much of it I'm NOT eating you would be so proud. We don't have a very big freezer and we need to keep it stocked with the few things Grim actually eats, so I don't have a ton of room in there to stock up on frozen veggies. I have a few in there that will take me through this week, but then... I'll figure it out--I just need to get creative!

Even better. I love it when you can score a piece that nobody would guess it's cheap.

Wish I could send you some nice weather, JB as it's been gorgeous here this week. Supposed to be rain this weekend though. Miss Lily and I will easily get 2 nice walks in today and have already taken a walk around the campground area. QOTD no my clothes were huge and ugly and made me look like an old lady before I was one. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.2. We saw our friend the black rat snack again when we took our lunch walk yesterday. He paused, sized us up,and slithered into the lake. We put paint supplies from the house away andgot 5 old windows removed and replaced with new ones yesterday. Not bad for a days work. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cheesy broccoli soup D 4 oz of steak of some kind. I've done good resisting snacks of any kind even though it's a fight every evening. It seems as I wind down and get tired the urge is harder to fight. But that's what I'll continue to do for the rest of my life. Pics are from our walks and one of th18 swings we stained and varnished and the life guard chairs we stained and varnished also. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!

I have to plan a snack every night because otherwise my urges will get the best of me and I will eat something I shouldn't. Lately (the last 3 months) my dessert is a lemon blueberry pie with no crust - it is mostly yogurt, eggs and SF lemon pudding. I love it and it is zero WW points (don't know the calories). Here is the recipe in case anyone is interested:
