Breakfast - fasting so hot tea, hot coffee (a plain)
Lunch - French bread with marinara and Chao vegan cheese toasted, veggies on side
snack - fruit smoothie, frui****er, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seed protein
Dinner- no idea, insert something pasta/grain, veggie, etc.
