Mornin' All!
we have another sick cat. He ate hardly anything yesterday, threw up three or four times, and stayed in the closet most of the day. I did contact the vet's office and they said if he hasn't improved a lot by this morning, to give them a call when they open. He seems A LITTLE better, but not much, so I'll call at 8:00. Hopefully they can get him in right away this morning. I hope this is nothing bad. He's 15 years old and has had some health issues, but we've been able to manage them. Ugh....I hope everything is OK.
accountability was great yesterday, another weight drop this morning. YIPPEE!!

I was really hoping for a quiet day work wise today so that I could do some work around the house, but it is looking busier than expected. It is supposed to be as high as 70 here today and given that we have still had ice on our cars in the morning, the last few days, that is a welcome break. But I think that I will be fairly busy all day. Boo.

so far, so good. I usually step up instead of jump to save wear and tear on my knees.

So would definitely try a Partner WOD. I think it would be fun. I already have workouts planned for Wednesday and Friday.
Who would have ever thought I would consider working out the fun portion of my day.
