I think it might be best to cover yourself somehow, and then I have read to make sure you take your shoes off before you come in the house and if possible change your clothes when you get home and put them right in the wash.

As Laura mentioned google bandana masks and make one. Better be safe than sorry. Also if you have gloves (even mittens) wear them while shopping. Be safe.
This is so weird that we worry just to go to Costco. I always joke with my family that we are cave people and I'm the one who goes out foraging for food.

One more way I remembered is if you have a neck warmer (usually for skiing) or some sort of bandeau/wide headband. You leave it around your neck and then pull it up to your nose.
It's very teenage chic C-19 version!

I love the glasses!! I bought 4 cheap pairs online when I got my new prescription. I love having options.

This is us with our foster dog, Bo (the little one is our dog). I love him, but he needs a home without cats and we are cat people. He has tried to kill our big fat cat several times (our cat thinks he is a dog and does not run like the others).

My eating is crap. I was down 14 but have gained 4 (I finally made myself get on the scale today). Ugh. I am getting back on track today, dammit. This whole corona thing is stressing me out. We are good- healthy, I am still getting paid, and we have all the supplies we need- but I am freaking out a little bit.

QOTD: Not sure who I want to hug first. Probably everyone!!

I worry so much about the people getting sick and the people not getting paid who have no money to live on. I am praying things get better soon .

I hope everyone here is OK!!

Good morning everyone! I love those glasses! Super cute!

i woke up to 26 degrees this morning. Ugh! To damned cold and my body is hurting. If I hadn't of had to pee I would still be up but at least wrapped up in my warm bed. Oh well lol

yesterday I went off the rails. There was cake and frosting and I partook in it. That made me feel sick but I also ended up eating Pringle's too. The cake was sent home with my brother and his family(another reason I was stressed yesterday). No more chips around other than my moms stuff. Today will be better!

qotd: my nieces and nephew. I'm not big into hugging usually.

b:small breakfast burrito

s:PP shake with half a frozen banana and 1 tbs powdered peanut butter

l:taco salad

d:probably soup or another salad

s:l&f yogurt

Have been dealing with some stuff today.

my insurance denied my surgery for my back. I am appealing and already have it going. But...I was gob smacked. I cried. I would of been more ok with a delay. They denied an additional injection due to it not helping and now they don't want my pain to get better because an OBGYN deemed my neurosurgeon was wrong.

I'm so pissed off. I'm so depressed. I'm so done with it.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

It Friday Yeah I am so excited.

I remember as a kid my mom would bake bread every Friday and you would just wait for it to come out of the oven and smear it with butter and in those days we kept butter on the counter so it would smear perfectly and when you took a bite the butter would just drip out. I think I would be killing Grim right now. I could not resist either. I am glad I do not have an enabler in my house. Well I do but it is me and I am determined not to get the Quarantine 15!!!

QOTD: No one I don't like anyone enough to hug them. I love my family but were not a bunch of huggers so I'm good.

Accountability: Rocked it!.
